Monica Davis is the Club’s General Manager. Prior to joining Indian Wells Country Club, Monica proudly served as General Manager at our sister Club, Crow Canyon Country Club Danville, California.
Monica has been in the golf industry for over 25 starting as an Assistant Golf Professional. Prior to joining ClubCorp, she was Regional Director for American Golf in Orange County, CA, serving as General Manager at Coyote Hills Golf Course with the direct oversight of five additional properties. During Monica’s 20 years with American Golf, she had the great fortune of working at some of AGC’s premier Clubs in San Diego, Hawaii, New York and Orange County.
Monica has a single digit handicap and has played golf since childhood, learning the great sport from her grandparents. In the earlier years of her golf career, she had great aspirations of teaching golf. She later became a member of the LPGA Teaching Division, but learned after a few seasons of teaching, she wanted to do more. Her vision and leadership made her a natural fit for Club Management, which allowed her to make a greater impact with Members and Employee Partners alike.
Monica is originally from San Diego and attended San Diego State University. She remains a Chargers fan regardless of their new hometown. In addition to golf, Monica enjoys exploring new cities, beach vacations and thrives on helping people achieve both their personal and professional goals.
Jason comes to Indian Wells Country Club by way of Desert Falls Country Club in Palm Desert, where he spent the four years as General Manager / Membership Director. Before moving to California in 2015, Jason spent the previous 12 years working as General Manager / Membership Director for Glen Oaks Country Club, a ClubCorp Affiliate Club in Louisville, Kentucky.
Jason has worked in the golf business his entire career, starting in the Golf Shop at The Polo Fields Country Club when he was only 16. He then moved to Glenmary Country Club to join the Membership Sales Department. Eventually becoming Club Manager at Glenmary Country Club. Jason is a graduate of Western Kentucky University’s Broadcasting Department and has also worked covering college basketball and football for ESPN. Jason’s interests include playing golf, spending time with his wife and eight year old daughter exploring the Coachella Valley.
Stacey Jo Scheirer brings a colorful array of experience to Indian Wells Country Club. She began her career in television production, which includes working for the legendary Dick Clark, producing and coordinating various network television shows and specials over a span of 15 years. Her career escalated when she was recruited by an international security company as Executive Director of Logistical Operations; managing their Los Angeles, New York, and London offices. While there, Stacey and her team coordinated security details for movie studios, celebrities, and other high profile and high-net worth individuals worldwide for over 13 years. Ready for yet another career direction, in 2015, Stecey made the judicious decision to combine all her experiences and began working in event management. She has spent the last 4 years working with several non-profit associations managing their various events and working closely with leadership and members to create a cohesive and positive experience for all involved. Originally from Ohio, Stacey has lived in Southern California for 17 years. In her free time she enjoys yoga, farmers markets, dinner parties, and walks with her dog Tzipora.
Michael has been with Indian Wells CC since 1998. He started out as the assistant Superintendent and on October 2008 was promoted to Superintendent. Now he currently is the new Director of Golf Course Maintenance. Michael moved to southern California in 1997 from Jacksonville Illinois. He received his associates degree in turf-grass from the College of the Desert in 1997. He is married to Hilda who is the manager of Vickie's of Santa Fe. Michael has three children Alexia, Jaden, and Landen who keep him busy when he is not at work.
What vision can I bring to life for you?" This question is one that has been a driving force in my career. Building memories, connecting with members and clients alike is all part of great hospitality; and the backbone to my background.
My early roots were established with Marriott International. The hospitality sector hooked me and building meaningful connections kept me seeking for more. I would go on to lead in roles as Executive Event Planner, Catering Manager, Membership Director and Banquet Director to name a few. I have had the pleasure of working with high profile clients, large scale projects and more.
My sense of adventure and drive for achievement brought me to Clubcorp in 2017. As the Private Events Director; I enjoy engaging with members and meeting new people. It is always a pleasure serving our members and communities: so, "stop by"! Let me know how we can work together. I'm ready to bring your vision to life.
Haley was grew up in a small town up north near Sacramento. She moved down south to attend college at Cal Poly Pomona- studying Hospitality Management. While in school, Haley began working in Orange County at Coyote Hills Golf Course where she was known to work in any department when needed. Shortly thereafter I soon found myself growing in the industry while taking on the private events coordinator position there and at Diamond Bar Golf Course.
After graduating in the Collin’s College Program at Cal Poly, I decided it was time to further my passion and career in the private events/selling industry. I love making all special events come to life as well as the planning of it all with the clients- it truly makes me happy!
During my free time, you will find me at Disneyland or exploring the outdoors. I love taking on new experiences and challenges- it makes life fun!

Email Rosie Ramirez
Greg joins us with more than 20 years of food and beverage experience. He is a proven decisive leader, hands on Director dedicated to improvements in quality, productivity and efficiency. He grew up and started his career in the San Francisco Bay area then moved to the desert in 2007.
Greg spent multiple years as the Private Event Sales Director while working at The Omni Las Palmas and Mission Hills Country Club. Evolving from his sales career, Greg then became the General Manager at the Berkeley City Club, in Berkeley, CA. Like many, Greg was excited to return to the desert and had the opportunity to work as the Director of Restaurants at LG's Steakhouse in Palm Springs and La Quinta. Greg brings a culmination of experience from private clubs, hotels, restaurants and large scale private events. In his free time he enjoys cooking, traveling, golf and skiing.
Chef Michael began his career at Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage at the youthful age of 18 as a dishwasher putting himself through Culinary school. Over the course of seven years, his career progressed from dishwasher to cook, sous chef, and later Chef de Cuisine. He was the opening Chef for Agua Caliente’s 360 Sports Bar, and then Chef de Cuisine of The Steakhouse. Fall of 2019 Michael joined ClubCorp at our sister property Mission Hills Country Club as their Executive Sous Chef.
Michael most enjoys cooking with the season’s freshest ingredients and prides himself on paying attention to the details of each and every dish. He also enjoys staying up to date on culinary trends and experimenting with new flavors and ingredients.
When Michael isn’t in the kitchen he most enjoys to watch baseball, play with his three beautiful daughters, Kaylee, Audrina, and Emery and spend time with his wife.
