Monday/Wednesday: Core & Stretch 10:30 am
Tuesday/Thursday: Barre 9:30 am, Yoga 10:45 am
Friday: Beginning Barre 10:30 am
Saturday: Yoga 10 am

Our 2,500-square-foot Fitness Center features one wall of windows overlooking the front tennis courts. Experience all-new Cybex and Matrix equipment that include treadmills, exercise bikes, elliptical trainers, a rower, several selectorized weight machines, and a turf training area with TRX suspension trainers, stability balls, and free weights.
Our Aerobics Room features 48 ft. of ballet barre plus a wide variety of equipment including yoga mats, exercise bands, steppers, large exercise balls, light weights and weighted bars.
We also have 3 Personal Trainers here to help you reach your fitness goals. The benefits of working with a highly-qualified trainer will keep you on your journey to healthy success
The Ladies’ and Men’s Locker Rooms are equipped with lockers, showers, changing areas, restroom facilities, and all related toiletries and towels.
