Whether you need to cool off from the summer heat, swim laps, participate in an adult group class, or have the kids participate in one of our Kids Camps, swimming at the Sports Club's pool can't be beat. The pool is also heated in the winter so you can enjoy it year round.
A 60 minute class designed to strengthen and tone the entire body with aqua resistance equipment. Low impact and non‐stop movement. Proper form and core awareness are emphasized. All levels of fitness are welcome.
