STAR recognition is the highest honor we bestow as a Club, and creates a supportive work environment in which our Employee Partners truly feel that everything they do makes a difference. STAR recognition reinforces the positive attitudes and actions that make every Employee Partner our partner in excellence. When you submit an online STAR card for deserving Employee Partners, they accumulate points that translate into recognition and rewards.
