Developmental Program

Winter Session December 2, 2019 – February 8, 2020 | No Classes December 23- January 5, 2020 | 8 Week Session

 

Tiny Tennis | Ages 4 - 6

Program is designed for the new athlete. Athletic skills and hand-eye coordination are the primary focus. Strokes will be introduced on the forehand, backhand and volley. 4-1 Ratio.

Monday or Wednesday 3:30pm - 4:00pm $88/$92
Thursday 6:30pm - 7:00pm $88/$92
Saturday 9:30am - 10:00am $88/$92

Ages | Ages 6 - 8

Stroke mechanics will be introduced on the forehand, backhand, and serve. Players will begin to be able to rally. Age-appropriate equipment will be used. 6-1 Ratio.

Futures | Ages 8 - 10

Players are beginning to use stroke mechanics on the forehand, backhand, and serve. This is a rally based group with a 6-1 Ratio. All players will receive a 30-minute private lesson with a coach outside of program time on individual stroke mechanics. Private Lesson is based on full 8-week registration.

High School Play | Ages 11 - 14

This is a group for brand new tennis players age 14-17. Swing shapes and the serve will be introduced. This program is designed for the high school-aged student that is new to tennis. We will need 3 players to run this class.

Challenger | Ages 11 - 14

This program is a middle school entry program. Drills are hand fed and strokes are reinforced. 6-1 ratio. Groups are divided by player level. All players will receive a 30-minute private lesson with a coach outside of program time on individual stroke mechanics. Private Lesson is based on full 8-week registration.

Middle School Competition | Ages 11 - 14

This player is moving to the ball and strokes are improving Stroke mechanics on the forehand, backhand, and serve will be reinforced. Rally Based Program 6-1 ratio. New incoming players must be evaluated by our teaching staff in advance of registration. Groups are divided by player level. All players will receive a 30-minute private lesson with a coach outside of program time on individual stroke mechanics. Private Lesson is based on full 8-week registration. 

Monday or Wednesday 8:30am - 10:00am $227/$245

High School Competition | Ages 14 - 17

This is our older intermediate program. Players are seasonal and the goal is to play HS Tennis. Drills will be designed around stroke execution, improvement of the serve, and point construction. This is our top program for non-academy players. New incoming players must be evaluated by our teaching staff in advance of registration. 6-1 ratio. Groups are divided by player level.

 Tuesday/Thursday 5:00pm - 6:30pm   $384/$400
Rally Based Programs are built around the concept of live ball hitting and working around building block lesson plans in accordance with USTA Developmental pathways.
Private Lessons must be scheduled with the staff assigned to the program. Make-up Classes need to be coordinated in advance with the front desk. Make-ups cannot exceed ratio and are not guaranteed.
Multi-Class Discounts of 10% for same player.
