Staying Healthy And Fit

The Rivers Club Fitness Center not only includes an indoor track and pool, but, basketball, racquetball, squash and volleyball courts. We also have a group exercise, spinning, and yoga studios. The facility has a full set of updated, Life Fitness and Precor cardiovascular equipment. Also on our Fitness Level we have weight machines, Free Motion weight equipment, free weight area with Kettlebell and a power lifting area.
Additional services include:  personal training, group training, massage therapy, squash lessons, group exercise classes, swim lessons, Yoga classes and private Yoga lessons.
