Jillian began her role as Member Experience Director in January 2020. She grew up in the Chicagoland area in Elmwood Park and received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology from Indiana University Bloomington in 2010. After graduation, she moved to Philadelphia to take a position with the Athletics Department at Drexel University. There, she was in charge of overseeing the Intramural and Club Sports Programs as well as being involved in many large scale events such as Homecoming, Commencement Exercises and NCAA Championship Events. In 2017, Jillian took on a new position as the Recreation Manager at the Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. Her duties included oversight of the pool facilities, daily event planning for guests of all ages, running the daily Kids Camp and ultimately providing excellent customer service to all guests. She then decided to return home to friends and family after being away for 10 years and is very excited to work here at Rolling Green! Outside of work, she loves to attend concerts, play golf and other intramural sports and spend time with family and friends.
I started with Rolling Green Country Club as their Private Event Director in March of 2017. After touring the club and meeting the staff I knew it was not only a beautiful facility but most importantly was full of wonderful people!
I grew up in the small town of Iron Mountain, MI but expanded my horizons and attended Michigan State University graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Merchandising Management. Both at college and afterwards in at a resort in Arizona I planned large scale festivals, tasting events, concerts and holiday activities. I’ve always loved planning events and seeing everything come together on the BIG day!
Outside of work I am an all-out hockey mom, team manager and coach’s wife. Both my daughter and son play the game and my favorite part of the day is to see them out on the ice! So if I’m not at work I’m probably traveling to a game or practice or planning a fun teambuilding activity!
I have worked in the Food & Beverage Industry, primarily in the golf business, throughout my life. I started my career at St. Andrews Golf & Country Cub in West Chicago, IL at 16 and left there when I was 40, then I went onto Bridges of Poplar Creek in Hoffman Estates. I journeyed South to Acworth, GA and was the Director of F&B at Brookstone Country Club, which is now part of Club Corp, spending four years in GA. I moved up to Malvern, PA to work at White Manor Country Club and decided it was time to come back to my roots in the Chicago area. It has been my pleasure to be the Food & Beverage Director at Rolling Green Country Club since May of 2019.
Outside of work, I have many different interests from having performed on a few of Chicago’s major Improv stages (Second City & Improv Olympic) to being a huge Chicago Cubs fan (2016 was unbelievable!). I am the youngest of seven children born and raised in the Chicago suburbs (West Chicago). I have ten nieces and nephews and 10 great-nieces and nephews.
I have worked in the service field my entire life. From service plumber to the food and beverage industry and always enjoy the happiness I can provide to someone's day. My brother was the Executive Chef here at Rolling Green for approximately 5 years and when the Maintenance Director position opened I knew I would be a perfect fit. As a child we would come here with our cousin's who were members at the time and always enjoyed the club life so Rolling Green holds a special place in my heart. I have been with the club now since March of 2019 and look forward to serving all of our members for years to come.

He also has restaurant experience as chef of Philander's Restaurant in Oak Park as well as Executive Chef at Mill Rose Brewing Company and Restaurants in South Barrington. Chef is excited to be a part of the Rolling Green Team and meet our RGCC Family.
I grew up in Arlington Hts. and spent my early years growing up at Rolling Green working in all facets of the golf operation for my father, longtime Head Professional, Bill Ventresca. I attended Michigan State University where I graduated with a BA degree in Psychology. I have worked as an Assistant Professional through the years in the Chicago area at several private clubs such as Glen View Club in Golf, IL and Edgewood Valley Country Club in LaGrange. During my leisure time, I enjoy spending time with friends, family and following all the local Chicago sports teams!
Rolling Green has always held a special place in my heart and my goal is to provide 1st class service to all members and guests in hopes that this club will hold a special place in their hearts as well.
