Dani is a South Bay native and comes to us with very diverse experience in the hospitality and sales world. She has a tremendous background with operating upscale, lifestyle Clubs and over the last 10 years General Manager at the Club One Santana Row, Bay Club Santa Clara and Bay Club Redwood Shores where she oversaw a lifestyle club with close to 5000 memberships and over $14M in annualized EBITDA. Over her 20 year hospitality career, she has started as front desk attendant and worked her way through the ranks in a variety of roles until reaching her goal of General Manager. Dani enjoys working with the leadership team and the membership on creating dynamic programs, an enhanced daily experience and FUN!
Dani has a daughter attending the University of Hawaii. Dani enjoys spending time at the beach and playing softball and watching sports.

Gina Rodriguez joined the Capital Club family in 2006 as a Front Desk Concierge. Through her passion for hospitality, enduring professionalism and customer service mentality she was promoted to Member Relations Director in 2010. After dedicating 6 years to Member retention, Gina is excited to start her new journey as a Membership Director and looks forward to the opportunity to bring in new members to share the benefits of Club membership.
Member interaction is Gina’s favorite part of her job and she is proud to say that she’s built a rapport with many members of the Capital Club during her tenure. Gina enjoys knowing that she plays a major role in creating memorable experiences for members of the Club that are both personal and meaningful.
A Northern Bay Area native, Gina moved to San Jose for college where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations from San Jose State University and a Minor in Theater Arts.
Gina has a passion for musical theater and, in her down time, she enjoys volunteering, going to shows and spending time at home in Willow Glen with her husband and her Boxer, Dodger.
Milagros found her life’s calling with the hospitality industry 11 years ago. She enjoys the interaction she has daily with people from all over the world. She is also excited to have the opportunity to work with talented individuals who have a passion for what they do. What Milagros enjoys most about her job is building relationships and enriching the lives of our Members, their guests and Employee Partners.
In her free time, you can find her nose in a book, listening to music or enjoying the special moments of being a mom.

After graduating from college, Justin ventured into the Technology Industry for a while. It wasn’t till then that he realized his true calling was in the Hospitality Industry. So he went back to school and graduated in Hotel & Restaurant Hospitality Management / Culinary Arts Degree (Le Cordon Bleu – San Francisco).
Justin has managed several restaurants & hotels (includes Left Bank, Village on Santana Row, Joie de Vivre Hotels, and Fairmont San Jose Hotel). Justin is well-respected by his upper management, colleague, peers, employees and guests for his passion and hospitality, culinary expertise.
Justin is very excited to be with The Silicon Valley Capital Club as the Food and Beverage Director. This allows him to take his time exploring a career path within the hospitality industry at a different angle. When he is not at work, you'll always find him in his kitchen. He enjoys cooking and he loves entertaining his family & friends with food and wines. Of course he does enjoy having his German Shepherds and Beagles always follow him everywhere around the house.
Chef Roger comes with 18 years of dynamic experience working in the Hospitality industry.
Roger's budding career started with an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. Chef Roger began his years of success as Executive Chef Partner at the prestigious Roy’s Restaurant in Rancho Mirage, CA. Roy’s Restaurant is a high-end chain serving notable Chef Roy Yamaguchi's Hawaiian fusion fare in a contemporary setting.
In recent years, Chef Roger went on to lead successful culinary teams at Sheraton Kauai Resort, in Poipu Beach, Hawaii and most recently at the Bay Club Company in San Francisco, CA as Regional Executive Chef.
Chef Roger favors the finer things in sustainable, local ingredients, boasting bold flavors from both land and sea.
