Email Bill "BT" Taylor
"BT", whose career has included managing, consulting and/or owning clubs spanning 31 years on three continents, has dedicated his life to the resort and private club business. His extensive and colorful career has taken him from Texas to Spain, Switzerland and South Africa, and now, back to the Lone Star State.
Since 1999, BT has co-owned and served as Director of Atlantic Beach Country Club in Capetown, South Africa. Prior to that, he served ClubCorp in leadership positions in the Houston area where he started as an Associate Manager at Kingwood Country Club and went on to serve as General Manager at Quail Valley Country Club, The Club at Falcon Point and the Westlake Club.
In 1994, BT took on international assignments for ClubCorp, moving to South Africa where his tenure included serving as Director of Operations at Mount Edgecombe Country Club in Durban, and Regional Manager for Erinvale Golf Club in Capetown and Silver Lakes Country Club in Pretoria as well as Country Club Johannesburg (ClubCorp Consulting contract).
While with ClubCorp, BT received Rookie Club Manager of the Year honors, the ClubCorp Special Achievement Award and, while in South Africa, National Club Manager of the Year.
BT’s style is very hands on and his goal is to meet the expectations of our Club Members, Employee Partners and ownership group. He recognizes that today’s Club environment is dynamic and rapidly changing, and intends to harness and translate the latest trends into Member satisfaction, membership growth and increased Club usage.
BT is thrilled to be back home in Texas and – along with his wife, Alicia, and two sons, Zach and Takoda – making Frisco his home.
Shelly is a Native Texan from Dallas. She joined Stonebriar in 1990. Stonebriar became part of the ClubCorp family of clubs in 1994. Shelly has years of Club experience in member relations, private events and membership sales.
Shelly has been the recipient of many national corporate accolades and was inducted into the President’s Club in 2001 and the ClubCorp Hall of Fame in 2005, and ClubCorp All Star in 2014.
Shelly has a passion for the Stonebriar and the Club’s Membership. Shelly’s door is always open. She makes it a point to know each of the Members and helps them become part of the Stonebriar Membership family. Her favorite part of Membership is helping Members build life-long friendships.
Shelly is married to Stonebriar’s PGA Director of Instruction, Jimmie Meador. They have a son, Davis and daughter, Rachel. Shelly loves to spend time with her family – traveling, watching the kids sporting events, volunteering and just having adventures.
Originally from Wichita, Kansas Alia started her ClubCorp career at Willowbend Golf Club in 1997. This is where she met husband, Bradley. Since moving to Texas in 2000, she has served as Membership Director at Oakmont Country Club, Timarron Country Club, Stonebridge Ranch and Trophy Club. During that time, Alia’s accomplishments and awards include; The Rising Star Award, ClubCorp Champions Club Founding Member, National Team of Excellence Award, ClubCorp President's Club, ClubCorp Champion's Hall of Fame. Membership is a passion for Alia because of its relational nature. She believes at the end of the day, it's not the things we have or have done; it's the relationships we have and what we done with them that matter. She often says, “It's important to forget all the reasons it won't work and believe in the one reason it will!”
When not working, Alia enjoys spending time with Bradley and their two children: Grace, a recent a graduate of Christ for the Nations and Jacob and a soon to be Senior Varsity Basketball player. They enjoy live music, sports, (wine), entertaining & serving others!
Megan is originally from a small town in Connecticut, but moved to the Dallas area in 2011. She graduated from the University of North Texas in 2017 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing.
Megan began her career with ClubCorp in September 2017 as the Membership Coordinator at Stonebriar. In late 2018, she found her true passion in Member Relations. Her favorite part of working at Stonebriar is seeing Members making life-long memories and celebrating family traditions at the Club.
Outside of the Club, Megan enjoys going to hockey games to cheer on the Dallas Stars and exploring all that Dallas has to offer.
Stephanie Reed grew up in DFW and graduated from the University of North Texas in 2006 with a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management. She started her career in hospitality as Sales and Catering Manager for Ruth’s Chris Steak House and eventually worked her way up to Regional Sales & Catering Director. She made the switch to club life in 2017 and couldn’t be happier she did! Her career with ClubCorp started at Gleneagles Country Club, and she jumped at the chance to join the team at Stonebriar in 2019! Stephanie has a passion for events and loves the sense of accomplishment that comes with exceeding members’ expectations.
Stephanie lives in Frisco with her husband Marc and their 5 year old daughter Meadow. Outside of work she loves to travel and enjoys jogging, and entertaining at home and cheering on the sidelines at Meadow’s soccer games.
Courtney Jolly has lived in the DFW area since 2011 and graduated from UNT with a Bachelor’s of Science in Marketing and Hospitality. She started her career with ClubCorp at Stonebriar Country Club in 2014 as a Private Event Intern and worked her way up to Private Event Director within 3 years of working with the company. Courtney has served at La Cima Club and Hackberry Creek Country Club in Irving and was thrilled to return to Stonebriar in 2019. Courtney says the membership and employee partner family at Stonebriar is not quite like any other and she is thrilled to be part of the team again.
Courtney and her husband Davor live in the Frisco area and they have two spoiled puppies that take up much of their free time. When not working or playing with her dogs, Courtney loves to read, travel, and get together with friends and family.
Andrew was educated in England and after graduating high school studied Hotel Management for 4 years at the highly acclaimed University College, Birmingham. Andrew held management positions in some of the finest hotels in London, before switching industry sector to the casino business, where he worked for London Clubs International as Regional Director of Food and Beverage. It was this position that gave Andrew the opportunity to travel to the USA in March 2000, where he project managed the food and beverage openings within the Aladdin Resort and Casino on the Las Vegas strip.
From there, Andrew became a part of Wolfgang Puck’s opening team for The Colosseum at Caesars Palace where he headed The Colosseum team for 18 months, as the venue went from strength to strength. In September 2004 Andrew was promoted to a Regional Manager and moving on to become Regional, and then Senior Vice President of Operations.
Having moved from Vegas to Dallas in 2012 with Wolfgang, Andrew decided in January 2017 it was time to go his own way, and became owner/operator for Layne’s Chicken a local Texas concept based out of College Station. After opening 3 new restaurants in the DFW area and setting the company up for success, Andrew welcomed the new challenge offered in August 2019 to become Food and Beverage Director of the beautiful Stonebriar Country Club.
In his spare time Andrew loves participating daily in Crossfit, and spending time with his wife Angela and kids Jackson and Lauren.

Email Adam Schaffer
Executive Chef Adam Schaffer joined the Stonebriar Family in late July 2019. Prior to Stonebriar, Chef Adam served as Executive Sous Chef at Barton Creek Country Club. He also served at Grand Hyatt Tampa, where he was featured on “Emeril’s Florida” and “Great Day Tampa Bay”. He was Opening Executive Chef of WATERTABLE Restaurant, which was named a Top 100 Restaurant in the United States by OpenTable in 2015. Chef Adam earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts from Southern Alberta Institute of Technology in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Chef Adam is excited to make Frisco home for his family.
Rob Wiggins was named the Director of Agronomy at Stonebriar Country Club in 2016. He began his career at ClubCorp in 2000 as the Golf Course Superintendent at Stonebridge Country Club in McKinney TX, before moving to Las Colinas Country Club in Irving TX as the Golf Course Superintendent. Highlights in his career with ClubCorp include hosting The LPGA Texas Shootout and The George W. Bush Presidential Center, Warrior Open. Throughout his career with ClubCorp he has won many awards, including the ClubCorp All Star award in 2013 and 2015. Rob holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from The University of North Texas.
A dedicated Service Hospitality expert with a diverse background spanning the East Coast to the West Coast, James has worked at every possible type of Golf Operation within the Golf industry and has been Class A Member of the PGA since 1991. Prior to Stonebriar, his Golf and Management experience was in Orange County, California at Tustin Ranch Golf Club, a Semiprivate property in the heart of Orange County. His journeys in the Golf industry have taken him to the Islands of Hawaii, Florida, Colorado, Oregon, California and finally into the Great State of Texas! “I am continually amazed at the levels of hospitality and welcoming that the Members of Stonebriar Country Club have expressed to me in my time that I have been at the Club!’ “It is very apparent that they have a deep passion and commitment to continually make and keep Stonebriar CC a truly iconic club in the North Dallas Private market.”, says James Spadoni.
Originally from the Pacific Northwest and a devote University of Washington Husky football fan, James’ has many other passions besides golf, mainly his two daughters who continually make him a proud father every day! He has always lived with a forward facing attitude and an intense sense of curiosity about everything in life. He loves good Food and loves even Better wine! He also has an artsy side of his passions in the form of pottery Ceramics with a specialty in trying to master the difficulty complexities of working with porcelain clay.

Email Chris Kohler
Chris Kohler was born and raised in Dallas, Texas and graduated from Highland Park High School, where he was a member of the 4-year state championship golf team. After high school, he attended The University of Mississippi and worked as Head Sous Chef at a local restaurant while attending classes. After returning to Dallas, Chris began his career in the golf industry.
Chris began working at Brookhaven Country Club as a bag room attendant and quickly earned a position as Assistant Golf Professional. Two years later, he accepted a position as an Assistant Golf Professional at Colonial Country Club in Fort Worth, Texas, where he helped host the Colonial Invitational for four years.
After serving the members of Colonial Country Club, Chris found his new home at Stonebriar Country Club, where he joined the professional staff in 2014. Over the last 4 years, he has had the great pleasure of working with his fellow professional staff members to serve the esteemed membership of Stonebriar Country Club. Thanks to the generosity of the Stonebriar membership, Chris was able to earn his “Class A” PGA membership in 2017.
When he is away from the club, he enjoys spending time with his wife, MacKenzie, and hunting with his dogs, Birdie and Bogey.
Jason was raised in Sherman, Texas where he competed in a variety of sports such as basketball, football, and baseball. He lettered in baseball at Sherman High School where he graduated in 1995. He went on to play golf at Austin College in Sherman, earning Academic All-Conference honors his last two years. Jason graduated from Austin College in 2000 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
Jason grew up playing recreational golf with family but fell in love with the game in college. Outside of playing golf, Jason enjoys fishing, basketball, and softball. Jason has been with Stonebriar since the fall of 2000, recently being promoted to Golf Shop Manager at the Fazio Course. He loves working with golfers of all types. Jason feels especially comfortable working with left-handed golfers, since he is indeed left-handed. Jason recognizes every golf swing is different and believes the golf instructor should conform to the student instead of trying to make the student conform to the instructor.
He feels the best part of the job is getting outside and playing golf with Members. He currently lives in McKinney.
Jane began her career in Golf Tournament Sales in 2000 at the Tribute Golf Club in the Colony, TX.
She joined Stonebriar Country Club for the first time in September, 2001. Her responsibilities included serving as the liaison for Member Golf Outings and working closely with the Westin Resort and Golf Club guests that booked outings on the Fazio Resort Course. She accepted a position as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Cowboys Golf Club in Grapevine, TX in June of 2003. Jane joined the Stonebriar family in May of 2015 as the Tournament Sales Director.

Email Arie Gill
Arie has more than 28 years of experience in the fitness industry. Her expertise includes working with individuals of all ages with weight loss, flexibility, core, cardio vascular, and rehab/therapy. By staying current with the most innovative styles and techniques, she is able to provide her clients with the most effective methods to reach their goals.
Growing up in South Texas, Arie was involved with athletics such as track, basketball, and volleyball. Since moving to Dallas, she has been involved in national television broadcasts to promote kids fitness and has received a Gold Award from the Dallas Morning News for her Pilates-Yoga and BOSU workouts.
Arie is passionate about fitness and overall health and strives to educate and inspire her clients to achieve their desired level of fitness.
Carlos and his family are originally from the Woodlands, TX. He was born in Philadelphia, PA but spent most his childhood in the country of Venezuela, where he learned and fell in love with the beautiful game of tennis. After a decorated junior career, Carlos attended Emporia State University on a tennis scholarship and played line No. 1 in singles and doubles, and also served as the team captain. After school, Carlos spent one year living in The Netherlands training and competing in professional tennis tournaments.
Carlos joined the ClubCorp family in 2010 by becoming the Director of tennis at April Sound Country Club in Montgomery, TX. After five successful years at ASCC, Carlos accepted the position of the Director of Tennis at The Clubs of Prestonwood in Dallas, TX. There he built the tennis program from the ground up by adding many teams and programs for members to connect with each other. After two years at Prestonwood, Carlos accepted the position of Director of Tennis at Stonebridge Ranch Country Club in McKinney, TX. During his time at Stonebridge, the participation in all areas of the tennis program increased drastically and member satisfaction improved dramatically. His drive and passion to serve membership has earned Carlos three ClubCorp National Super Star Awards one in 2012 at April Sound CC, 2015 at The Clubs of Prestonwood and in 2017 at Stonebridge Ranch CC.
Carlos enjoys working with tennis players of all levels and abilities from teaching the 3-4 years old sprouts class, to developing high level juniors and working with adults of any rating. Carlos is well known for his teaching philosophies when coaching league teams, and top ranked juniors that aspire to earned college scholarships.
Carlos sees Stonebriar Country Club as a fantastic opportunity and he looks forward to infusing the membership with his energy and his love for the sport of tennis. Carlos is married to his wonderful wife Melissa, and they are the proud parents of their daughter Mia Giselle.
