Josh is a fitness professional that specializes in strength and conditioning for groups and individual young and old. He has over 7 years of training experience and thrives at developing strength programs for beginners. Josh believes that strength training is not just for athletes but is a necessity for everyone and fundamental to health and longevity. Josh was a strength and conditioning coach for endurance athletes and weightlifters. He also has experience working with different health conditions and those recovering from injuries. He has trained master golfers, instructed yoga, and led group conditioning classes. Josh competed in various athletics such as Powerlifting, CrossFit, and Olympic Weightlifting. He competed on a national stage in 2015 at the USA Olympic Weightlifting American Open. Josh is currently a NASM certified Personal trainer and a USAW Sport Performance Coach. He lives in Frisco, TX with his wife Alex and their two children Arabelle and Luke.

Mary holds a BS in Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology from the University of North Texas. She has over 10 years of experience as a personal trainer, and is dedicated to helping her clients live a healthy lifestyle and reach their goals. Whether you’re looking to improve your general fitness, lose fat, increase core strength, or you’re fresh out of rehab, Mary will meet you where you are on your journey and help you get where you want to be. When she’s not working or working out, Mary enjoys movies, outdoor activities, travel, and spending time with her husband and their two dogs.
Meet Brady! Brady is our new fitness professional with a background in flexibility, mobility, building lean muscle, and weight loss. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Texas and is nationally certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He has been in the fitness industry for 13 plus years where he has learned that “the key to fitness goals is individualization.” Every client has personal goals they aim at achieving; which makes it very important to establish open communication.

Meet Seth! Seth is a personal trainer that lives a life of health. Seth believes he was put here to help people move, eat & live better. He spends his days learning how to optimize his/your experience as a human. Step 1 - do something that you love and he loves personal training. He loves developing strong working relationships with his clients, improving their days and serving up that post workout buzz. Seth spent 10 years working in corporate America after graduating from West Virginia University. In 2007 he started training full time and never looked back. His past 12 plus years have been spent chasing his fitness dreams. He has trained 10’s of thousands training sessions, taught thousands of group training classes, owned a couple training facilities, broke himself over and over again, had 4 major surgeries, healed himself multiple times, spent 200 hours learning how teach yoga, studied with top fitness pros throughout the US, made plenty of mistakes, had some amazing results, he has spent his life learning from and educating amazing people. Seth has been married to my wife Cristina and a Historic McKinney resident since 2013. He has 2 year old son Otis and is excited to meet his 2nd son this summer. He is grateful to share his home with Ralph his 11 year old Golden Retriever, Leila his cat and 4 chickens. Seth loves living in McKinney. Seth is certified in both PT and Biomechanics through the Cooper Institute in Dallas. He is a certified trainer through the Onnit Academy in Austin. He holds certifications in TRX resistance and rip trainer, as well as Power Plate. He is also a 200 hour certified yoga instructor. Seth focuses his personal training these key areas: mobility – movement – strength – breathing – recovery – nutrition – selflove. He knows that improvement in any of these areas can make a dramatic difference in your life. Seth helps people optimize the human experience.
