It is never too late to learn to swim. Regular swimming builds endurance, muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness. It’s a low-impact activity that can serve as a cross-training component or a change of pace to go along with your regular fitness plan. We offer a beautiful 25-yard Junior Olympic-sized lap pool, one of the few found in NYC.
Our certified instructors are experienced working with all skill levels. They can help with a few refresher lessons, or challenge those seeking to master their skills. Lessons are available seven days a week by scheduled appointment. The Club has a variety of rates and packages available. Swim instruction is available in 25-minute and 55-minute sessions.
