Bryan comes to Falcon Point with over 20 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry and a proven track record of success. Bryan earned his Bachelor Degree at the University of Mississippi and shortly thereafter, he began his 8 years in the Hospitality industry where he started as the Food & Beverage Manager at Sebastian Vail Resort and Residence Club in Vail, Colorado.
He then moved on to oversee all phases of operation and management as the General Manager and COO of Texarkana Country Club and Northridge Country Club in Texarkana, Texas and Arkansas for the next 5 years. Most recently, he has spent the last year serving as the General Manager of Southern Trace Country Club, a ClubCorp property, in Shreveport, Louisiana.
Monica has been in the private club industry since 1998. She joined ClubCorp in 2011 as the Membership Director at The Club at Falcon Point. Originally from "all over" as her parents served in the Military, she settled in Texas in 1987. She studied Business and Hospitality at The University of Texas at San Antonio and The University of Texas Houston.
She has been married to Robert "Bob" Cotton for over 20 years and they have a son, Brett. They have lived in Richmond, Texas since 2001.
Lisa was born in Meridian, Mississippi and raised in South Florida.
She studied at Miami-Dade Community College for Communications and Psychology. She has been married to Mark Bechtold since 1996, and they have three children, two sons and a daughter, Steven, Hans and Cynthia. They moved to Katy, Texas in 2003 with her family for her husband’s job at NRG Park.
She joined The Club at Falcon Point and ClubCorp in 2007. She started as a receptionist/Member Services Representative and then was promoted to Member Relations Coordinator in 2009. She became bell note certified in 2014. Lisa serves on several committees including Member Events, Charity Classic and is the secretary for the Board of Governors. She also coordinates and edits the Club's Newsletter.
She has received three ClubCorp awards.

Carl Fortin was born and raised in New Jersey. At the age of 14, he started working in his first restaurant and at age 18 he competed and won the Johnson and Wales University National Recipe Contest for High School Seniors. He graduated with an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts and Bachelors in Food Service Management in 1993. After receiving his degrees, he worked in New Jersey and overseas for almost 20 years before moving to Katy, Texas with his wife Meredith, daughter Victoria and son Tyler in 2011. He joined the team at Falcon Point in 2014. In his first year with The Club, Carl and his Culinary team have won 1st place at the Katy Sip and Stroll as well as the Katy Wild West BrewFest for their culinary entries.
