Blake is the General Manager of The Clubs of Kingwood. Blake moved to The Woodlands in 2008 from Las Vegas where he was managing Las Vegas National Golf Club to join the ClubCorp team.
Blake graduated from Texas A&M where he studied Agricultural Business. He has had the pleasure of managing public courses and private golf clubs throughout his 17 year career.
Karen is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma in Norman. She moved to the Kingwood area from Jupiter, Florida in 2008 with her family.
She is also a local realtor and is very active within the community. She’s always had a love for helping others and a sense of community initiative. She is a member of the Lake Houston Area Chamber of Commerce, the OU Alumni Association of Houston, and proudly serves as a volunteer on the Membership Committee for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. She also devotes her time to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

Jen Karp has grown up in the Kingwood area. She holds a Bachelor's degree in business from Stephen F. Austin State University, located in Nacogdoches, Texas. Jen started her career with ClubCorp in high school at Deerwood, Kingwood and Atascocita Country Club.
After she graduated, she was hired on full-time at The University Club as assistant to their Catering Director assisting with corporate and social events. Jen then moved forward in her career and stepped into the role of Catering Director and Membership Director at The Century Club in downtown Houston. Later Jen moved on to a larger club in downtown Houston now known as The Houston Club.
After taking a break to raise her family she is now proud to call the Clubs of Kingwood home, as their Director of Private Events.
Erica is native to the Lake Houston area, growing up in Atascocita and moving to Kingwood eleven years ago. She brings six years of Food and Beverage experience to the Club - managing banquets, caterings, and small events.
After taking a break in the industry for several years to be a full-time mom, she leapt into the non-profit world where she facilitated and executed special events for The Village Learning Center for four years prior to joining the Club.
Erica is a graduate of the Leadership Lake Houston Class 6 and completed Fundraising and Donor Relation courses at Rice University’s Glasscock School of Continuing Studies. She is looking forward to bringing her experience to the Private Events Team!
Kelly Paull, Member Relations Director, has lived in Kingwood for 17 years. She brings a vast knowledge of the Lake Houston community and experience as a Community Relations Director from previous professional positions. Kelly is involved in multiple local organizations, including Leadership Lake Houston and the Humble Rotary Club. She also volunteers her time with many other non-profit organizations in our area, such as Humble Area Assistant Ministries, Family Time Counseling and Crisis Center, In the Pink, Family Promise, and The Village Learning Center. Kelly enjoys planning events and working with both Members and the community to create unforgettable experiences here at the Clubs of Kingwood!

Drew Stodghill is a Fort Worth native who studied Culinary Arts and Hospitality in Scottsdale, AZ. He married his high school sweetheart, Meg, and they have two beautiful daughters Lily, 9, and Olivia, 6. His passion for the industry began while volunteering in a local soup kitchen over a decade and a half ago. After graduating at the top of his class from the highly ranked Scottsdale Culinary Institute, he took a Sous Chef position near Rock Island State Park, TN for the upscale Foglight Foodhouse. He steadily advanced from line cook to Maître Fromage and Operational Manager with The Gaylord Texan, where he grew his passion and direction for 8 years under two James Beard Award-winning chefs. In 2013, he moved to Tulsa, OK as a Multi-Unit General Manager to revive waining accounts with Guckenheimer, a food conscious corporate dining group. He advanced with Omni Fort Worth Hotel where he led his team to receive the highest guest satisfaction scores with perfect J.D. Power ratings. Drew is excited to join the Kingwood family where his passion and commitment to service will lead and foster the phenomenal team at The Clubs of Kingwood.

Steve is a dedicated Golf Professional with 32 years in the hospitality industry.
His professional career has been set up through a very supportive family life and a love for the game of golf. He played competitively in junior golf tournaments, his high school team (Trinity High School) in Euless, TX, and as a four-year, golf scholarship player at The University of Texas at Arlington.
His wife, Stephanie, is his best friend. They met when they were eleven years old, and have been married for 26 years. They are incredibly fortunate to have two beautiful daughters, Lauren (19), whom attends The University of North Texas, and Victoria (Tori) (16) a Junior in high school. They are his driving force and have allowed Steve to pursue his dreams of being a Golf Professional.
Steve feels very blessed to have collaborated with many wonderful people throughout his career: Four Seasons Resort and Club under (Scott Erwin, Cliff Bailey, Jim Bellington, and Mike Abbott-produced 3 PGA Merchandiser of the Year awards); Brook Hollow Golf Club (Robert Hoyt-a Houston Cougar, and Jerry D. Smith); St. James Bay (Eddie Clark – owner, dreamer, believer, achiever); Horseshoe Bay Resort (Glenn Lee-predecessor, and Mike Abbott). All of these people and places have developed and prepared Steve to be a part of the Kingwood family, and he is looking forward to another wonderful experience.

Meredith served as the Director of Junior Tennis at the club for five years. Meredith's experience includes a stellar collegiate career at Arizona State University and work as a Touring Coach for the United States Professional Tennis Association.
Meredith also spent time as Director of Tennis for St. Stephen’s Episcopal School in Austin, Texas and Head Women’s Tennis Coach at the College of William and Mary. She has exciting plans for new tennis programming and clinics.

Email Lisa Vaught
Lisa Vaught is the Head Golf Professional at The Clubs of Kingwood. Lisa started with the Club in 2014 as a Teaching Professional and quickly proved herself as a true leader and a favorite among Members. Lisa manages a team of Assistant Golf Pros and the Outside Services staff as well as providing assistance in all aspects of the golf operation, including staffing, payroll and all Membership Organization tournaments.
Lisa grew up in Knoxville, TN area and attended The University of Tennessee. She started in the PGA program in 1996 and has been a Class “A” PGA Professional since 2000. Lisa’s great wit and Tennessee draw make her an outstanding and well liked Instructor. She was the 2012 Golf Instructor of the Year in the Knoxville PGA Chapter.

Katie Stowers, Membership Director She comes to the Clubs of Kingwood from Embody Fitness Center with 37 years of fitness experience. She has a bachelor degree from Letourneau University with a Bachelor of Business Management.
Before joining The Clubs of Kingwood, she was employed by Embody Fitness Center as General Manager, Kingwood Athletic Club as Group Fitness Director and The Greater Houston YMCA as a Community Program Director. She is a Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Master TRX instructor and a Certified Nutritionists.
Katie is excited to join the Clubs of Kingwood and is looking forward to assisting current members and bring on New Members in to our newly renovated Fitness Center and more.
