Caroline Neish is a highly accomplished and success-driven executive with over 25 years in the hospitality industry. She possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and is widely recognized for her vision, humanistic approach to the hospitality industry, and the ability to transform facilities into a vibrant and memorable experience for guests.
She began her career in 1991 as Assistant Restaurant Manager at Accor’s Novotel Toronto Airport Hotel in Toronto Canada, then worked her way up to Director of Operations at Novotel North York Hotel Toronto. Since then she has worked with some of the top hotels and resorts throughout North America. This included new openings and growth through her successful rebranding efforts.
In 2000 she led a project to reimage the historical Seoul Club in Seoul Korea with a focus on elevated service and creating a home away from home experience for 52 different nationalities. Caroline spearheaded the successful $16M renovation and rebranding of the Westin Price Toronto in 2008. From there she accepted the Corporate Food and Beverage Director position for Metropolitan Hotels, host for celebrities in Toronto, Vancouver, and opened a new resort in Canmore, Alberta. She left to become the VP Food & Beverage and Development for Lark Hospitality located at the historic Old Mill Inn & Spa, a 4-Diamond property in Toronto.
In 2012 Caroline successfully purchased, renovated, and rebranded The Edgewater Inn and On The Edge restaurant in historical Kennebunkport, Maine. Transformed it into a premier waterfront boutique hotel and resort destination.
Joining us as General Manager, Caroline shares her experience and infectious energy with staff and members alike. It is her goal is to elevate the Commerce Club into Greenville’s premier Social and Business experience.
When not at work, Caroline enjoys spending time with her husband Peter and children Nicolas and Tristan.
Courtney is passionate about hospitality. She has made a name for herself by fostering long term relationships with the community, including high level executives for both corporate and social needs. Courtney was born and raised in Fort Wayne, Indiana where she started her hospitality experience at Fort Wayne Country Club as a Receptionist. Upon graduating with a Communications Degree from Cedarville University in 2016, she moved down to Greenville SC and started working at Old Cigar Warehouse as a Sales Manager. After 2 years at Old Cigar, Courtney worked for Hyatt Regency as an Event Manager before transferring to Larkins Catering and Events. As an Event Sales Specialist at Larkin's Catering and Events. She looks forward to using her events experience in a new realm of hospitality! During her spare time, Courtney enjoys teaching group fitness classes, hiking with her husband and fur baby Cosmo, and finding new adventures in the area!

After graduating college in Western North Carolina, her love for event planning flourished at the luxury four-star European hotel, Old Edwards Inn and Spa. Here she spent a majority of her time executing hundreds of events and personally served numerous celebrities, including President Jimmy Carter. After marriage, in 2015 Bri relocated to Greenville with her husband, Kyle. As a venue coordinator at The Huguenot Loft, Bri connected with local vendors and grew her event portfolio further. Her most notable accomplishment at this position was being able to personally serve the presidential candidates of the National Republican Debate at the Peace Center in 2016. Following Huguenot, Bri became a wedding designer and planner at Beckon Events for several years and mastered event detailing. Her events were featured in numerous wedding magazines and blogs, including The Knot and Ruffled. She then helped grow Larkins Catering and Events as a Sales Manager while managing seven different venues and working closely with both social and corporate clients to plan and execute flawless events.
She is now eager to bring her expertise to the Commerce Club as the Private Events Director to create unforgettable events! She holds a keen eye for design and strives to make every event impeccable. Her contagious enthusiasm has earned her a reputation in Greenville as an esteemed event planner and designer. In her free time you can find Bri enjoying a broadway musical, exploring new destinations with friends, or searching for the newest local restaurant!
Stephanie Freeman started out at the Commerce Club as the Receptionist and has since moved on to the Member Relations Coordinator position. She graduated from USC Upstate in May 2016 with a degree in Communications and a Minor in Theatre. When she's not at work, you can probably find her at a local theatre, or with her husband. She is very excited to be in the Management Team and looks forward to using her college degree!
Audrey Martin graduated from Clemson University with a degree in Parks, Recreation and Tourism Management with an emphasis in Travel and Tourism. Between internships and working, Audrey's passion lies in hospitality. She is on the NACE (National Association for Catering & Events) 2020 Board and attended Wedding MBA in 2019. In her spare time, Audrey enjoys traveling and being with family and friends. She is excited to be a part of the Commerce Club team!

Born in France, Steve Doliget started his career at the early age of six. The days cooking beside his grandmother led to a lifelong relationship with the culinary arts. His instructor and mentor at the CFAIE (Centre de Formation d’Apprentis Interconsulaire de l’Eure) in Normandy, France was award-winning Chef Claude Le-Tohic. During this time, Steve perfected his culinary skills at a Michelin star restaurant “Les Saisons”.
After graduating in 2001, Steve moved to Paris. He then worked at typical Parisien bistros. Experiences at “Bistro le Velly” and “Bistro la Tortue” were important to better understand the dynamics of how a kitchen operates. Four years later, Steve desired to leave the hustle and bustle of the city of lights and moved back to nature. He worked in the French Alps and by the ocean specializing in various regional cuisines.
Steve then decided to embark on one of his most ambitious ventures to date, he left France to come to America. In 2010, Steve was hired at the acclaimed Ritz-Carlton, A Four Seasons Hotel in Chicago. Eager to accelerate his culinary path, he transitioned from the hotel industry to the private country club sector. He joined the team at Onwentsia Country Club in Lake Forest, Illinois, one of the oldest and most prestigious clubs in the U.S.
His 17 years of experience in the culinary arts prepared him well for his new role as Executive Chef of The Commerce Club in Greenville, South Carolina. From Paris to the French Alps, to Chicago to Greenville, Steve proved he is fearless in life as well as the kitchen. His improvisation of traditional French dishes encourages us to trust the element of surprise and the unexpected.

Born in Mexico and raised in a small town Coalinga, Ca located in the beautiful San Joaquin Valley the heart of agriculture. Memories of baking and cooking with his mother from a early age sparked his interest for food. At age 14 Ramses began working for multiple businesses; beginning with a coastal summer camp as and assistant cook and a restaurant as a sever's assistant. From there on Ramses fell in love with the food industry. Going as far as to apply to culinary school at Le Cordon Bleu Paris and being accepted at age 15. However his family would not allow him to enter the student exchange program to attend.
Ramses' parents found his interest culinary unusual as most of his life he had been devoted to the Theatrical Arts. Challenged by his father to work for Harris Ranch Restaurant and Inn the largest beef company on the west coast, believing that it would discourage him. 9 years later Ramses grew from being an hourly cook to leaving as interim Executive Sous Chef. In those 9 years Ramses was able to attend culinary school, work improvement programs and teaching introductory culinary for his former school.
Ramses's career has taken him to Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Florida, and now South Carolina. Having the opportunity to cook for Laura Bush, Cornell West, and John Boehner along the way. His most recent position was at Larkins, where he was the Executive Chef. He has also worked at Commander's Shellfish Camp, Harris Ranch Inn & Restaurant, and many others. Having a career that has taken him across country and many valued experiences from the various places he has been and worked has only grown his knowledge and love for food and the work. He is looking forward to sharing this knowledge and experience with the club.

Tammy has been at the Commerce Club almost as long as the Commerce Club has been open, and it certainly shows as she knows and enjoys all the Members. A native Greenvillian, Tammy loves to be outdoors, gardening, running marathons and biking on The Doodle Train and Swamp Rabbit Trail. She is the proud mother of two wonderful sons, Jonathan and Caden. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and taking trips to the beach and the mountains.
