Chris obtained his masters degree in exercise physiology from the University of Central Florida. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and personal trainer. While at UCF, Chris worked with the strength and conditioning department to develop and implement scientifically sound exercise programs for division I athletes in various sports. He spent his graduate studies focused on exercise science to optimize health in the elderly population. Chris serves as the Fitness Director and teaches several group exercise classes each week.

Lauren Jones-McClain

Lauren Jones-McClain is NASM certified in personal training, sports performance, fitness nutrition and corrective exercise. She is also a former Division I collegiate volleyball player. Her training style incorporates various techniques including resistance training, calisthenics (body weight), low impact and high intensity interval training, and conditioning. Her workouts are designed to be safe, effective and specifically tailored to the client's fitness level. No workout is the same - expect a challenge and to have fun. 

Mac Roy

Before joining the team, Mac was a professional tennis player and a highly recruited talent at Michigan State University. His studies were focused on health and wellness promotion. With a completed Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology, Mac can help improve overall quality of life starting with a healthy fitness routine.

Mac specializes in dynamic and explosive movement patterns. His training style develops high level athletes and can improve anyone’s level of health. Certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Mac will take your game as well as your life to the next level!

Michael Trivino

Role: Personal Trainer

After serving in the U.S. Army, Michael completed his B.S. in Sports Medicine and earned a personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Since then, he has completed the Body-Swing Connection™ certification with the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) and now heads up our TPI golf fitness initiative.

Michael specializes in advanced body composition using an approach that not only leads to fat loss and muscle gain, but also simultaneously improves overall health. He commits to designing programs that are as sustainable as possible, by which instills habits for a client, and increases overall performance.

Wendy Gaertner

Role: Personal Trainer

Wendy lives and breathes fitness! Earning a degree from Texas State University in Physical Education. After teaching and coaching, she went on to earn numerous certifications including: Fitness Specialist from Kenneth Cooper Aerobic Institute, TPI( Titleist Performance Institute) Golf Coach, Power House Pilates teacher, Yoga Fit Instructor, Body Pump, TRX, Tabata, cycling and running coach.

Melinda Kirchhoff

Melinda is passionate about inspiring individuals and families to create healthy and sustainable lifestyles through yoga, nutrition, and self care. She simply considers herself a “space holder” for growth, delights in connecting with her students, loves great tunes, and keeps things real and relatable for all levels. Melinda holds over 700 hours of extensive yoga training under World Renowned Baron Baptiste, and Master Baptiste Teachers Paige Elenson, Kiersten Mooney, Martin Morris, and Bethany Lyons, among others. She is also a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, registered through IAHC. Melinda is experienced in successfully leading both yoga, and nutritional/lifestyle programs to individuals, large groups, corporate, and athletic teams. Her classes are filled with love, laughter, and lots of sweat!
