Alejandro Garcia

Alejandro Garcia joined The Manor Golf and Country Club staff in August of 2010. Developing and participating in tennis programs and events, he is working to increase member participation by actively promoting high caliber private and group lessons, junior programs, tennis tournaments, and ALTA and USTA leagues. He leads a staff of 12 and looks forward to growth. Alejandro previously served as Director of Tennis at the TCA/Midtown Athletic Club in Atlanta from 2006 - 2010. At Midtown, he successfully led a team of ten  tennis professionals and acted as a positive role model.

A USPTA Certified Professional, Alejandro was an All-American singles and doubles player at Abraham Baldwin College, where he also served as Assistant Coach. Originally from Venezuela, He was top 3 in the nation and top  20 players in South America where he had the opportunity to travel around the world. Alejandro also worked as a Coach for the Competition Training Centers in Atlanta.

Scott Shannon has joined The Manor Golf and Country Club as a Player Development Professional. He will provide professional instruction, clinics and coaching within all age groups and skill levels.
Scott received his PGA Membership in 2008. He began his career in Club Operations and in 2012 began teaching and coaching. He is available to do club-fittings and equipment evaluation.
On a personal level, Scott is from the Midwest and is the proud Father of 3 wonderful people (26, 17, and 13). Cooking, sports, exercise and playing the great game of golf are his free time activities.

Eric Steele

Eric Steele has joined the Manor Golf & Country Club as a First Assistant Golf Professional. He will assist in daily golf operations and the Pro Shop, provide professional instruction and assist with clinics for all age groups and skill levels.
Eric has been in the golf industry for over 16 years and has extensive experience in management and instruction. His teaching background consists of junior program instructor (he is US Kids Certified), individual or group lessons and clinics (curriculum can include etiquette, swing, and on-course fundamentals). 
Eric's love for the game began at the age of 5 with encouragement from his grandfather. He is originally from Michigan and moved to Atlanta 6 years ago from New York. He loves his new southern home and can't wait to meet our Manor members and share his passion for the game of golf!
