Daily 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Dining Options and Attire 

8212 Wine Bar & Grill: Casual dining located in the resort

The Hill Country Dining: Formal dining located in the resort; No shorts allowed

The Tejas Dining Room: Formal dining located in the resort's Member Clubhouse; No shorts allowed

Maximum Occupancy for Club Homes 

The three-bedroom Club Home has a maximum occupancy of eight adults. Club Homes include one king bed, two queen beds and two twin beds.

Non-Smoking Policy 

Smoking is prohibited in Club Homes. Smoking is permitted on the porch or balcony.

Pet Policy 

Except for service animals, no pets are allowed on The Owners Club® property or within Club Homes.

Internet Access 

All Club Homes have high-speed and wireless Internet connections. Also, there is a business center available at the resort. 

Housekeeping Hours of Operation 

Monday – Sunday 8:30 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Departure Cleaning $125, inclusive of tax
Midweek Cleaning – Full Service $125, inclusive of tax
Midweek Cleaning – Half Service $55, inclusive of tax
6 nights or less 1 Cleaning Departure Cleaning
7-14 nights 2 Cleanings Departure/Midweek
14-21 nights 3 Cleanings Departure/2 Midweek
  • A midweek half-service cleaning is mandatory for stays of seven or more nights in order to preserve the cleanliness of each home.
  • If you are staying for seven or more nights and a midweek full-service cleaning is preferred, please inform the management office.

Half-service cleaning includes:

  • Vacuum and mop floors
  • Clean the kitchen and the dishes
  • Clean all bathrooms
  • Make the beds without changing the sheets
  • Sweep front and back porches
  • Replace towels
