In 2010, 58 professional, civic and social leaders from Texas Tech University and the Lubbock community came together to form a new exclusive private club for Texas Tech alumni and staff, as well as the general Lubbock professional, civic and social community. The Texas Tech Board of Regents granted their approval, and The Texas Tech Club planned its opening on the east side of the Jones AT&T Texas Tech football stadium for the first Red Raider game of the 2010 season.
From the Club’s floor-to-ceiling windows, Members and their guests enjoy panoramic views of Jones AT&T Stadium to the west and downtown Lubbock to the east. The Texas Tech Club is unique because it’s one of the few private clubs in the nation located on a university campus. The Texas Tech Club is proud to be part of the rich heritage and tradition of Texas Tech University.
The Texas Tech Club invites all members of the Texas Tech alumni network to join, including all past and present Texas Tech students, faculty and staff.
