Eric was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana and graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri. Eric met his best friend and future bride Rebecca in the seventh grade, who has her hands full raising their two sons, Isaac (14) and Noah (12).
Eric started his career managing various Hilton Hotels, became General Manager of the House of Blues New Orleans, oversaw five Lucky Strike Entertainment properties, and was ultimately hired by ClubCorp as General Manager of the Texas Tech Club in Lubbock, Texas. When the opportunity arose to manage The University of Texas Club, Eric was thrilled for the chance to lead such a tremendous Club located in such a beautiful city. Throughout his career, Eric and his family have had the pleasure of moving eleven times, and are looking forward to finally settling down in Austin, Texas.
Proudly born and raised here in Austin, Jenna Hernandez joined the ClubCorp family here in March of 2017. She has been a part of the Private Club & Golf industry since 2006. Jenna started out as a Beverage Cart Attendant before taking on roles such as Tournament Coordinator, Member Relations Director and now Membership Director. She values her position here as it allows her to use her skills in previous positions to help build relationships with the Club’s Members and guests.
In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, being on the lake, watching football and golf, trying out new restaurants around town and of course spending time with her dog, Putter as much as she can.
Mallory was raised in Plano, Texas and graduated from Louisiana State University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She has been entrenched in the hospitality industry for most of her life, most notably in fine dining restaurants in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and Richmond, Virginia as a Banquet Captain and Training Coordinator. In April 2017 she came on staff at The University of Texas Club as a Captain and recently transitioned into her new role as Membership Director. Mallory is excited to serve the Club in an elevated capacity and work towards the betterment of the Club every day.
In her spare time Mallory enjoys exploring the food, libations, music, and beautiful sceneries Austin has to offer. She enjoys wine as a hobby and is working towards the personal achievement of earning her sommelier certification. Mallory is also a proud dog mom to an 8-year-old Staffordshire Terrier who loves napping and snacks just as much as she does.
Tracy is originally for the mid-west beginning her career in restaurant operations in Lake Geneva Wisconsin at the Playboy Club and transaction to Catering & Convention services in the hotel industry with the opening of The Peninsula Hotel in Chicago.
Tracy has been described by her colleagues as a highly motivated and competitive individual, with strong values and an upbeat personality. She has been a key player in developing corporate, social and wedding markets at numerous properties throughout her tenure in the industry.
Part of Tracy's success is she sees the value in a piece of business and strives to turn it into repeat business. She has a track record of capturing business for properties that others may look at as not worth the effort, yet Tracy has turned this relationship into thousands of dollars a year in revenue.
She is comfortable with multi-tasking, deadlines, pressure situations, and new challenges. She has solid experience in sales, customer service, problem resolution, and development of personnel. She works tirelessly to ensure every detail is covered and that internal teams are fully prepared to exceed client’s expectations.
Tracy has recently located to Austin with her husband Steve and their two Goldendoodles and looks forward to setting roots. She is eager to get involved with the Austin community. On her off time, she looks forward to hiking, biking and cooking.
Owen has been with the UT Club for over eleven years, beginning as a server and moving up through the ranks. He moved from his hometown of Plano in 2003 to attend Texas State University and has lived in Austin ever since. He met his wife Jaclyn at the Club, and are the proud parents of Evelyn and they also have two fur babies at home. Owen loves floating the river with friends and family, any kind of trivia competition, and all things sports. He still can’t believe the ball got over Nelson Cruz’s head, believes firmly that Dez caught it, doesn’t understand why more people don’t like hockey, and thinks that if Colt didn’t get injured there would be another trophy in the case.

Chef Jon holds a Culinary Arts degree from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. Prior to joining The UT Club team, Chef Jon worked throughout Texas as an Executive Chef, and has been with ClubCorp since 2014. No stranger to Gulf Coast cuisine, Chef Jon is a native Houstonian and proud father of his two “Chefs-in-Training,” twin girls Isabella and Catherine. On the weekends, Chef Jon enjoys playing golf, cheering for Texas sports teams and cooking for his family.

Theodore (Teddy) Correa has accepted the role as the Service Director and will be overseeing all of our front of the house employee partners as well as the operations of the main dining room, banquets and the upcoming football season. Teddy has worked for ClubCorp at the Hills of Lakeway as a Senior Captain, Banquet Manager and other positions throughout the Club. Most recently, Teddy has been the Service and Wine Manager for Flemings Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar in Austin.
