Owen has been with the UT Club for over eleven years, beginning as a server and moving up through the ranks. He moved from his hometown of Plano in 2003 to attend Texas State University and has lived in Austin ever since. He met his wife Jaclyn at the Club, and are the proud parents of Evelyn and they also have two fur babies at home. Owen loves floating the river with friends and family, any kind of trivia competition, and all things sports. He still can’t believe the ball got over Nelson Cruz’s head, believes firmly that Dez caught it, doesn’t understand why more people don’t like hockey, and thinks that if Colt didn’t get injured there would be another trophy in the case.
George was born in Syracuse, New York, but grew up in Orlando, Florida and obtained his degree in Hospitality Management in 2014 from the University of Central Florida’s Rosen College. George began his career with ClubCorp spending 4 years at the Citrus Club in Orlando in various Food and Beverage roles before serving as Service Director at City Club Birmingham for 6 months. He then left ClubCorp to serve as Clubhouse Manager with Troon at NorthRiver Yacht Club in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, for 15 months. The opportunity to work at a Stadium Club as prestigious and successful as The University of Texas Club brought George back to where his career began with ClubCorp.
George is a huge sports fan and die-hard Syracuse University (and now, of course, UT), Philadelphia Eagles (don’t hold that against him), New York Yankees and Orlando Magic fan, as well as a huge supporter of United States National Team Soccer (he almost cried when we missed the World Cup in 2018). He relocated to Austin for his current role with his girlfriend, Parker, and their English Bulldog, Tilly. When George is not at the Club, you can find him watching a random sporting event or out somewhere with their pup!
Mallory is a native Texan, hailing from Plano, Texas. She graduated with a degree in Biological Sciences from Louisiana State University (Geaux Tigers!) with hopes to go into the medical field, but her passion for the hospitality industry led her down a different path. Her professional background began working in fine dining front of house operations throughout college in Baton Rouge, as well as post-college in Richmond, Virginia, before making her way back to the great state of Texas in 2017. She became a part of The UT Club family as a Captain upon her relocation to Austin, quickly moving into the Membership Sales Director position and is looking forward to serving Members in her new role as Director of Member Experience in 2020.
When she is not working to better the Member experience at the Club you can find her in Texas Hill Country feeding her oenophile soul, exploring a new restaurant opening in town, keeping up with the latest NFL and CFB games, or on an outdoor patio enjoying the great libations and live music that Austin has to offer. She enjoys wine as a hobby and is working towards the personal achievement of earning her sommelier certification. Lastly (and most importantly), the love of her life is her 30-pound Staffordshire Terrier who loves naps and snacks just as much as Mallory does!

Tatiana was born in Los Angeles, California and raised in a small town outside of Dallas, Texas. She moved to Austin, TX in 2014 to pursue her dream of attending The University of Texas and graduated with her degree from the Moody College of Communication in Advertising with a focus in Account Management & Digital Media. She started with ClubCorp in 2020 at Timarron Country Club and has quickly worked her way up to take on the role of the Member Experience Manager here at The University of Texas Club.
When she’s not at work, you can find her at Zilker Park, boating on Lake Travis, shopping at The Domain, or watching movies with her Pitbull pup, Jake. Tatiana is a huge fan of the Texas Longhorns, a proud Texas Ex (Class of 2017!), and is passionate about building lasting relationships & creating fun, personalized experiences for our members.
Proudly born and raised here in Austin, Jenna Hernandez joined the ClubCorp family here in March of 2017. She has been a part of the Private Club & Golf industry since 2006. Jenna started out as a Beverage Cart Attendant before taking on roles such as Tournament Coordinator, Member Relations Director and now Membership Director. She values her position here as it allows her to use her skills in previous positions to help build relationships with the Club’s Members and guests.
In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, being on the lake, watching football and golf, trying out new restaurants around town and of course spending time with her dog, Putter as much as she can.
Emily was born and raised in central Pennsylvania. She moved to North Carolina to attend East Carolina University where she graduated with a degree in physiology. She then moved to Boca Raton, Florida for an internship. Following the completion of her internship she began working at a country club where she started as a coordinator and worked her way up to the Director of Private Events. After living in south Florida for 8 years, she briefly lived in Playa del Carmen, Mexico before moving to Austin, TX in 2014. She worked at the Long Center for the Performing Arts in Austin for 5 years planning social, corporate + celebrity events before taking on the role as the Private Events Director at the UT Club. Emily has been in the hospitality business since 1996 and loves all things hospitality. When she is not working, she loves exploring new places, antiquing and trying new restaurants.

Giselle was born just outside of Chicago in the suburb of Wheaton, IL and obtained her degree in Finance from Saint Louis University in 2016. After graduation, her passion for the hospitality industry led her down a different path where she held various Golf Course Management roles with KemperSports at Cantigny Golf (Wheaton, IL) and Sand Valley Golf Resort (Nekoosa, WI). Most recently, Giselle served as the Assistant Banquet Manager and Event Sales Coordinator for Medinah Country Club where she had the opportunity to oversee all Food and Beverage operations for the 2019 BMW Championship.
Giselle is a huge sports fan, especially when it comes to the PGA Tour and NCAA Football. In her free time, you can usually find Giselle on the golf course with her husband, Ryan, or spending time with family and friends.

Chef Jon holds a Culinary Arts degree from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. Prior to joining The UT Club team, Chef Jon worked throughout Texas as an Executive Chef, and has been with ClubCorp since 2014. No stranger to Gulf Coast cuisine, Chef Jon is a native Houstonian and proud father of his two “Chefs-in-Training,” twin girls Isabella and Catherine. On the weekends, Chef Jon enjoys playing golf, cheering for Texas sports teams and cooking for his family.
