“Fitness has always been a passion of mine. I started, like a lot of young men, playing sports and from there progressed into more self-education about the body. I wanted to learn as much as I could about how to be healthier and stronger. Fitness became an all-encompassing philosophy on life over the years; it was not just about lifting weights or running. I want to live optimally, and help others do the same. Not only in fitness, but in life. That’s my goal for the Fitness Department of The Woodlands Country Club. Optimal trainers, optimal facilities, and most important; optimal results for our members.”
