David DiRenzo joined ClubCorp in 2017 with over 2 decades of experience in Private Clubs. A proud local growing up in Western Broward County, DiRenzo’s first golf related job was at Woodmont Country Club at the young age of 14 where he joined the agronomy team cutting greens on the weekends. David then became the outside Operations Supervisor at Woodlands Country Club gaining additional insight into the industry. He had an immediate love and talent for golf and as a junior player, achieving a +4.2 handicap. Growing in the ranks David’s first professional position was at the exclusive Adios Golf Club, where he served as the third Assistant Golf Professional/Outside Operations Manager and assistant Caddie Master. Unfortunately, a hand injury ended his competitive playing career and from that point on DiRenzo pursued a General Manager Career path.
DiRenzo graduated with honors from Florida State University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration in Finance, Hospitality Management, and Professional Golf Management. DiRenzo continued his love of education and received his PGA card in 2009, his PGA Certified General Manager in 2010, his Certified Club Manager in 2013 and his Sommelier certification in 2014.
DiRenzo married his college sweetheart, Lauren, who works as an accountant for MBAF in downtown Fort Lauderdale. They have two energetic children, Caden, 6 and Emily, 3. DiRenzo has a love for life, learning, his community and spending time with his family as a doting husband and father.
He serves on the advisory board of the R. Motwani Family Academy of Hospitality and Tourism Management at Broward College and on the Business Development Committee for the First Tee of Broward County.
Born and raised in Ft. Lauderdale, Alice Harry was the fourth out of five daughters born to Walter and Alice Harry, her namesake. Alice graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design from Florida State University. After taking a part-time job as a sales associate in a local floral shop, Alice found that sales was her true calling. Over the years, Alice has sold florals for events, luxury furniture and high-end finishes for New Home Builders. She was working for Standard Pacific Homes as Design Consultant when she was offered a job as the Sales Manager for Timpano, which is part of the Tavistock Restaurant Group. She worked for Timpano for 5 years – creating one of the most successful sales programs in Tavistock’s History. During that time Alice interacted with the team from the Tower Club many times through community events. When Timpano sadly closed its doors during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, Alice found new opportunities and has proudly served at the Tower Club ever since.
Alena was born and raised right here in Broward County, Florida and is a proud Graduate of the University of Central Florida’s Rosen College of Hospitality Management where she majored in Event Management. Alena began her professional event management career with ClubCorp in 2015 as a Private Event Assistant at the Citrus Club in Orlando. While at the Citrus Club she excelled in her role and the opportunity to transfer home to Fort Lauderdale came up which she quickly accepted. Alena earned her Certified Wedding Planner Designation through the American Association of Wedding Planners and was rapidly promoted to Tower Club’s Private Events Director in 2016. Personally, Alena is a competitive, dedicated individual with a passion for fitness. She has completed 6 full marathons and 20 half marathons. Alena recently married her high school sweetheart and is extremely family orientated. She enjoys spending time with her friends, family, Golden Retriever and her two Siamese Cats. Alena and her Husband are also avid travelers.
