Role: General Manager
Serving Since: 2017
Phone Number: 724.625.2220 x222

Joe began his career in hospitality as a dishwasher at the age of 16 in Southern California where he was born and raised. He quickly moved up the ranks as a busser and then a line cook gaining a great education on the differences between the front of the house and the back of the house.
After graduating high school he honored his Country with 8 years of military experience. Joe is a highly decorated Marine Corps veteran with two tours during the Gulf War. He has military accomplishments to include being a Marine Corps Sniper, Ranger qualified and being on jump status for four years as an Airborne Pathfinder.
Once his second enlistment expired he attended Methodist University receiving a BS in Financial Economics and Accounting. Joe had no desire to be in a cubical and gravitated back to his true passion for hospitality. Since 2001 he has acquired a strong skillset in hospitality that found him as the Food and Beverage Director at Allegheny Country Club. After demonstrating his pure heartfelt passion for his Membership, he was given the opportunity to become the General Manager of Sewickley Heights Golf Club.
As the General Manager of Treesdale Golf and Country Club Joe admits that he is blessed to be in such a special place. His promise is to lead from the front and always set the example to build a culture of excellence that both our employee partners and our members can be proud.
In his time away from the Club he enjoys watching his younger daughter Paisley dance in competition, cheerlead, and excel in her education. He also guides his son Kaysen in both baseball and golf. He finds great pleasure in spending quality family time golfing, skiing, finding fun family adventures to create family memories.

Born and raised in the North Hills, I grew up driving through the rolling hills and lush apple orchards of Treesdale. The sweeping views and scenery of western Pennsylvania are spectacular and I’m proud to live in Pittsburgh.

Formerly the Director of Membership & Programs for the Greater Latrobe Laurel Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce, I was pleased to be part of a successful rebranding of the Chamber increasing membership by over forty percent and introducing new business networking opportunities for its Members. I had the honor of working with the legendary Arnold Palmer on the annual membership golf classic at Latrobe Country Club for several years and the opening of the Chamber’s Visitor Center on Route 30. I thoroughly enjoy sales, marketing, networking, building long-lasting vibrant relationships, and effectively promoting a strong organization.

Joining Treesdale is truly a blessing for me, being part of a family community, and developing strong and genuine bonds with our Members for many years to come. Adding value to Club membership, enhancing Member experiences on property, and introducing the dynamic and exciting Treesdale Golf & Country Club to new Members is my priority and privilege as your Membership Director.

In my free time I enjoy golfing, writing, hiking, wine tasting, reading, and spending time with my family and friends. Please feel free to stop by and say hello anytime you are in the Club, as I truly love to personally meet all our Members and guests at Treesdale.
