Mackenzie was born and raised in Southern California. She moved to Dallas, Texas in 2015. In her spare time she loves to watch hockey, play soccer and ride dirt bikes.
She started her ClubCorp career at Los Colinas Country Club in August 2018. She became a part of the Trophy Club family later on in 2018. She loves the fun atmosphere as well as the family oriented culture at Trophy Club. She feels as though the Club is home away from home for the Members.
Born and raised in Northern Alabama, Blake’s early love of golf developed into a lifelong passion for the game. After competing as an NCAA athlete and graduating from Jacksonville State University, he began a career in the golf industry that has taken him to some of the country’s most prestigious courses including Grand Cypress Resort, the Fishers Island Club and Arnold Palmer’s Bay Hill Club and Lodge. He and his family were delighted to relocate to Texas in the winter of 2017 and in his short tenure with the company, he has already earned the Team of Excellence and Rising Star awards.

Scott Fuller was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. He’s lived in Trophy Club, Texas since 2004. In his spare time Scott enjoys hanging out with his family and long distance running.
He began his ClubCorp career at the Pinehurst Resort. He has worked for Las Colinas Country Club, The Greens Country Club, Hackberry Creek Country Club and Prestonwood Country Club. Scott joined the Trophy Club Country Club family in 2016. His favorite thing about the Club is that it’s the centerpiece of his home town.

Email JJ Paulsen
JJ Paulsen was born and raised in Denton, Texas. She began her tennis journey at the age of ten. As a junior player, JJ was top ranked in singles and doubles. In 1993, she accepted a tennis scholarship to Texas Women’s University where she graduated with a major in Business Administration cum laude. JJ played #1 singles doubles for TWU and earned athlete of the year three of her four years.
In 1998 JJ became Director of Tennis at Oakmont Country Club. After building the program and adding two courts to the facility, JJ moved to Trophy Club Country Club to become the Director of Tennis there. JJ expanded the tennis program at TCCC and added three additional courts. In 2009, after ten successful at TCCC, JJ accepted the Director of Tennis position at Las Colinas Country Club. She is currently overseeing both Las Colinas and Trophy Club and is extremely happy to be a part of the ClubCorp family.
Coach Alejandro is from Caracas, Venezuela. He has been playing tennis since he was 14 years old. He represented his native country in many tournaments accomplishing great results in ITF tournaments as well as national tournaments. He moved to Arkansas at age 17 to play college tennis at Ouachita Baptist University helping OBU become top 5 in the NCAA ll rankings. He has great knowledge about the sport and effectively translates it to our members. He is very passionate about tennis and his charisma creates a positive environment and the Tennis Center.
Coach Alejandro joined the Trophy Club team in 2007. In 2012 he followed a different career path for the next 5 years before he came back in 2017 to run the activities and programs at Trophy Club. Late 2018 he became the Head Tennis Professional/Co-Director. His responsibilities include overseeing all the programs along with the events at Trophy Club. Coach Alejandro loves being part of the Trophy Club, he cherishes every relationship he has with each other.
Austin grew up in Ozona, Texas. He started playing tennis at the age of 12 and quickly moved up in levels. After graduating in 2012, Austin played college tennis for Jacksonville Junior College, where he helped his team place at the National Junior College tournament playing singles and doubles.
Austin joined the ClubCorp family in 2013, as a full-time employee at Las Colinas Country Club. He became a part of the Trophy Club family in 2018. Austin is excited to bring pickleball to Trophy Club Country Club. He will be offering pickleball lessons and events all year. Austin has had the pleasure of building and running the junior program to include more than 75+ children. While here he will also be leading the racquet restringing/customization and helping to run adult men’s and women’s classes.
We are pleased to announce that Tim Rowe has joined the team at Trophy Club Country Club in Trophy Club, Texas, as the new General Manager and the newest member of the ClubCorp family!
Tim brings with him over 25 years of experience in the private club, hospitality and development fields. He most recently served as General Manager/COO of Golf Life Navigators, a start-up that created and rolled out a new, technology-based golf club membership recruitment tool. Prior to that he was Operations Director at Sedona Resorts Management where he worked with great teams to open Kittitian Hill Resort (St. Kitts) and Naia Resort (Belize) amongst many others.
Tim’s entrepreneurial background includes operational leadership and an ownership interest in T. Emerson Rowe – Consulting, Joy Project International, LLC, and Joy Kids Universe, LLC. His hospitality and club consulting company, T. Emerson Rowe, LLC, has provided strategic leadership and operations-related services for some of the finest clubs and upcoming resorts in the United States, Central America and the Caribbean. Early career exposure as General Manager of the Indianapolis Athletic Club and other hotel and restaurant industries gives Tim a unique perspective on the needs of these highly amenitized businesses. With this unique combination, Tim strives to teach that the hospitality and private club industries are “experience” industries, not just “service” industries. This attention to “experiences” ensures that no detail is too small to plan, prepare and deliver at the finest possible level. Tim holds a B.S. degree in Exercise Science from Indian University-Purdue University.
Outside of his business world, Tim has been married to his wife, Amanda, for 28 years. They have three wonderful boys; Emerson, 25, a junior at Florida State University, Teagan, 23, and Everett, 20. Tim enjoys tennis and fitness, good wine, movies, music and travel.
