Sunday is typically the day of the week that we spend preparing for the week ahead. We run errands, clean the house, wash the clothes, go to the grocery store, spend time with family, go to church and usually by the end of the day, we are not rested or recharged. We are exhausted and feel like the week has already begun! Instead, let's create a new Sunday Self-Care practice! Still get up and get all the weekly chores done, but at 4 pm join us at the Club for Self-Care Sunday! Enjoy a different surprise beverage each week and experience a mini massage and facial!
