Lift & Pump
Lift & Pump Mondays 9:15-10:30am $12 per class, the first class is complimentary! This routine pairs heavy weights with low repetitions, the perfect couple for building more metabolically active lean muscle mass to burn body fat and sculpt your muscles. We use dumbbells, bands, balls, weighted bars, steps and your own body weight. We will work all major and minor muscle groups. Because you are in control of how heavy you want to lift and pump, this class is suited for all levels of exercisers.

Qigong
Qigong Qigong is a system of coordinated body posture and movement, breathing, and meditation used for the purposes of health, spirituality, and martial arts training. With roots in Chinese medicine, philosophy, and martial arts, qigong is traditionally viewed by the Chinese and throughout Asia as a practice to cultivate and balance qi (pronounced approximately as "chee"), translated as "life energy". Qigong practice typically involves moving meditation, coordinating slow-flowing movement, deep rhythmic breathing, and a calm meditative state of mind.

Cardio Step
Cardio Step Wednesdays from 9:15-10:30am $12 per class, your first class is complimentary! Step aerobics has been around for over 25 years. Why? Because it delivers results: it boosts your heart rate and strengthens your lower body muscles. You will learn simple to advance types of movement patterns. We begin with a warm-up, followed by choreographed routines that are taught to you, cooldown, abdominal workout and stretching. If you are willing to learn, you are welcome to join. This class is suited to the intermediate and advanced exerciser. If you are interested in having a private session with Julie prior to joining this format, she will excitedly help and work with you!
