Tom Newberg specializes in neuromuscular reeducation, manual therapy and corrective exercise. After a review of an individual's activity needs and a movement assessment, Tom tailors therapy sessions for greater health, resiliency, movement efficiency and performance enhancement.
Michelle has been with Canterwood teaching yoga classes on Tuesday and Thursdays, and is now available for personal training sessions. With over 25 years of experience in the fitness industry, Michelle will address your needs and goals with challenging, functional, effective and safe exercises that meet your lifestyle demands and activities.
Canterwood offers several group fitness classes on a weekly basis in the clubhouse. Our fee based class schedule offers a range of programs week day mornings include SpinFit, Step Aerobics, and Cardio Step. Or join us for complimentary yoga every Tuesday and Thursday morning!
