Balanced Business Builder Breakfast

Join us for a three-part series with Gin Burchfield Part 1: Balance Wheel: Where is your life in and out of balance? What aspects of your life need renewed attention? How can you achieve that without stealing from another area that is thriving? In this interactive workshop we will use a "Balance Wheel" tool to clearly identify the areas of life that need attention. We will step into the coach's seat to help each other identify strategies to breathe new life into the deflated areas of our well-being. You will walk away with an action plan and metrics to ensure your progress. Order your favorite breakfast item of our a la carte breakfast menu and enjoy while Gin creates balance in your life! Short introduction of Gin Burchfield: Gin Burchfield, NBC-HWC Health and Leadership Coach Gin Burchfield has been an innovative leader and respected practitioner in the wellness industry since 2000. Her passion is partnering with professional women to reclaim their vitality. Gin’s move into coaching was fueled by her own journey through burn-out and compassion fatigue. Observing how long-term stress affected her physical health and the well-being of her family and business, Gin determined that absolute authenticity and integrity were paramount to cultivating optimal performance. She believes in the power of positivity and that changing one’s mindset and relationship to stress can greatly change one’s outcomes. She is passionate about living with purpose, rooted in personal values and self-care practices, which enables her to serve others. Gin has had the distinction of working for Deepak Chopra and studying with many notable physicians and coach leaders. She is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and will soon complete her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential with the International Coaching Federation. She is an affiliate partner of Pyramid Resource Group. Additionally, she is a Certified Yoga Teacher, Licensed Massage Therapist, and holds a BS in Human Development and Family Studies from UNC Greensboro.
