The name Coto de Caza is Portuguese for "Preserve of the Hunt," a fitting moniker since the area was originally a hunting preserve. Paying homage to the original intent of the geographic area as a hunting preserve, along with the ongoing preservation of the surrounding hills and their beautiful oak trees, Preserve strives to ensure that long-running Club traditions remain intact, while also introducing new elements to the dining experience. Our seasonally changing menu is driven by local, sustainable and organically grown products.
Our newest restaurant, El Molino, features seasonally inspired farm-to-table dishes with an emphasis on small plates and shareable entrees. Fresh flavors also infuse our ample lineup of inventive and mouthwatering craft cocktails, but if a glass of wine is more your style, we offer 24 wines by the glass as well as 6 wine flights – ideal for tastings. Open Thursdays to Saturdays from 5 - 9 p.m., it's the perfect place to meet up with friends or come for date night.
The Clubhouse, built in 1991, features Craftsman-style architecture, full of rich redwood, high ceilings and classic furniture. Inspired by the craftsman design influence, the casual bar and lounge area features a menu that allows Members to “craft” their own unique-yet-approachable experience on every visit.
