Yoga with Allison (Monday/Tuesday/Thursday) | Group Fitness Room (also offered on zoom) Taught by Crow Canyon Yoga Instructor Allison Gannon This well-rounded flow style class (level 1-2) combines alignment and breath awareness with strength-building movement. Class begins with a restorative pose and incorporates a warm-up, Sun Salutations, carefully sequenced hip and heart openers and strength-building poses to improve balance, flexibility and strength.
