Tom is a 30 year veteran of the golf industry and was elected into the PGA of America in 1991. He worked for KemperSports Management for 25 years serving as a golf professional, General Manager and Regional Vice President based in the Mid-Atlantic Region. He has worked with numerous clubs in the area and has experience in both the public and private sector. Tom is passionate about golf and serving his members and guests.Tom has lived in the Baltimore area for 22 years with his wife Cindy and two children Blake and Emmy.

Ramesh has been working in the golf industry since 2008 and has a true passion for the game. He bought his first set of clubs in April 1997, the day after Tiger Woods won The Masters and has been in love with golf ever since. Ramesh graduated from the McMullen Scholars Program at Calvert Hall College High School in 1993 and went on to attend Boston College, where he graduated in 1997. A former Creative Director for a graphic design firm, Ramesh also has been a Tour Director for an Amateur Golf Tournament Series, the President and Founder of a Type 3 USGA Club, and most recently, the Director of Membership at The Country Club at Woodmore. He looks forward to helping grow the Membership at Eagle's Nest Country Club.

Jess Carter was born and raised in Baltimore. After growing up playing softball, Jess decided to learn how to golf in high school and with the help with her coaches, she turned her softball swing into a golf swing. She graduated from Towson University in 2018 with a Mass Communications degree. Prior to joining the Eagle’s Nest Team, she came from an events company that specializes in food and alcohol festivals along the East Coast. While in college, she had several marketing internships but the most noteworthy would be interning with the Baltimore Orioles for two years in the Community Relations department. She looks forward to planning exciting events around the Club and connecting with members!

Amy is an Eastern Shore native who moved to Baltimore during her teenage years. After high school, she tried her hand at Fashion Design only to discover that Event Planning was where her passion truly lies. Prior to joining Eagle’s Nest, Amy worked at UnderArmour clothing company for 9 years beginning in 2006. She started in the accounting department and eventually worked her way up to being a member of the Private Events Team. When Amy is not planning the perfect event, she loves spending time with her husband Arek and their furry dog child, Kaz, a golden retriever.

Justin has dedicated almost his entire life to the game of tennis and has been the Head Tennis Professional at Eagle’s Nest since 1996. He first picked up a racket in 1977 at age 7 and by 1980 was competing in USTA junior tournaments throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. In 1987, he began his teaching career as an assistant pro at the L’Hirondelle Club in Ruxton, MD. From 1989-94 he was on the Bare Hills Athletic Club pro staff before moving to Orchard Indoor Tennis Club in 1995 where he is currently on the pro staff during the indoor seasons. His main passion is teaching the game to others and running the Eagle’s Nest tennis program, but he still enjoys competing and playing in state and national level USTA tournaments. Each year Justin delivers a tennis program that offers something for every age and level to enjoy at Eagle’s Nest. He loves to see members enjoying the fun and health benefits of tennis! Justin is devoted to his wife, Julie, his son Will and daughter Paige.

Nick was born and raised in Hanover, Pennsylvania where he first started working in the golf industry as an Outside Services Attendant and Pro Shop Assistant at South Hills Golf Club. Nick also had the privilege of working at Lake Presidential as a First Assistant Golf Professional for three years, Timber Ridge Golf Club as the Director of Golf Operations for three years, and Crofton Country Club as the Head Golf Professional/Assistant General Manager for five years, while also obtaining his Certified Professional status in General Management within the PGA of America.Nick brings extensive experience with Club operations management, instruction, and a reputable playing pedigree to the Club. His accomplishments include the course record of 66 at Timber Ridge Golf Club, playing events on the collegiate level, and attempting mini-tour series events. He is eager to join the ClubCorp family as he serves the members & guests of Eagle’s Nest Country Club, while also growing the membership ...
Assistant Golf Professional

Garrett Brown grew up in Severn, MD & attended Glen Burnie High School playing Golf, Basketball & Baseball. He attended Goldey - Beacom College graduating in 2017 with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Sports Management while playing four years of collegiate golf. Garrett joined the Eagles Nest team in the summer of 2017, and started the PGM Associate program in 2018.
Golf Course Superintendent

Bryan Shepherd grew up in Parkville, Maryland. He received his degree in Golf Course Management from the University of Maryland. His career began for a love of the game and grew into a passion for turf management. He has been in the industry for 20+ years. Shepherd joined the Eagle’s Nest family eight years ago. Seven of those years he has served as Assistant Superintendent before being promoted to Head Superintendent. When he’s not making sure the course is in perfect condition, he loves spending time with his high school sweetheart turned wife and their two children.
