Bill came to East Lake Woodlands in 1994. A native of Rhode Island, he began his career in food and beverage when he was 13 years old as a dishwasher at a local diner. After leaving Rhode Island, he started at ELW as a banquet server and bartender and has steadily climbed the corporate ladder ever since.
Chef Tim joined the East Lake Woodlands team n 2014. Originally from upstate New York, he now resides here in Oldsmar with his wife Kristen and son Milo. Tim trained at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY and with over 17 years of kitchen experience, he still loves to experiment and create.
