Advanced Yoga with Craig

This Led class will cover the first or primary series of Ashtanga Yoga. The main focus of this class is to sequence breath, (inhales & exhales) with movement, (folds, bends, twists, lunges, etc.) all while breathing through your nose only. Each pose is held for usually five counts, and vinyasas, (flows) are used to enter into and exit out of each pose. Emphasis should be the breath throughout the whole class, and the aim should be for the student to have long smooth inhales and longer drawn-out exhales all the while holding poses..

Cookie Decorating Drop and Shop

It's time to decorate some awesome holiday cookies with us and the Grinch. Hot chocolate and marshmallow station included with the showing of the 2018 Grinch. This is a great time to drop the kids off so you can go shop. You can also extend the stay at Kids Court that will open from 12 to 2. Make your reservations for after by adding the note on your reservation. You got your shiny new Membership, now what can you do with it? We can help you with that. From learning about how to log in to the website and ClubLife app to making a Tee Time, New Member Orientation is for you! Some one from every Department will be there to give you an overview of what they have to offer and also answer any questions you may have about that specific Department. It is done in a group format. We ask that all attendees wear a mask until seated. We also ask that children do not attend unless they can remain seated for the duration(about 45 minutes). Advanced Yoga with Craig

This Led class will cover the first or primary series of Ashtanga Yoga. The main focus of this class is to sequence breath, (inhales & exhales) with movement, (folds, bends, twists, lunges, etc.) all while breathing through your nose only. Each pose is held for usually five counts, and vinyasas, (flows) are used to enter into and exit out of each pose. Emphasis should be the breath throughout the whole class, and the aim should be for the student to have long smooth inhales and longer drawn-out exhales all the while holding poses..

It's time to decorate some awesome holiday cookies with us and the Grinch. Hot chocolate and marshmallow station included with the showing of the 2018 Grinch. This is a great time to drop the kids off so you can go shop. You can also extend the stay at Kids Court that will open from 12 to 2. Make your reservations for after by adding the note on your reservation. From learning about how to log in to the website and ClubLife app to making a Tee Time, New Member Orientation is for you! Some one from every Department will be there to give you an overview of what they have to offer and also answer any questions you may have about that specific Department. It is done in a group format. We ask that all attendees wear a mask until seated. We also ask that children do not attend unless they can remain seated for the duration(about 45 minutes).
