This Led class will cover the first or primary series of Ashtanga Yoga. The main focus of this class is to sequence breath, (inhales & exhales) with movement, (folds, bends, twists, lunges, etc.) all while breathing through your nose only. Each pose is held for usually five counts, and vinyasas, (flows) are used to enter into and exit out of each pose. Emphasis should be the breath throughout the whole class, and the aim should be for the student to have long smooth inhales and longer drawn-out exhales all the while holding poses.

Couples Golf Club Championship

Couples Golf Club Championship October 23-24 The two-day event will be played Saturday on Blackjack and Sunday on Live Oak. Tee times will begin at 8:00 a.m. each day. Partners must be spouses, significant other or spousal designee. Entry fee is $125 per couple, plus applicable cart fees, to include snacks after golf on Saturday and awards dinner on Sunday at the conclusion of the event. Kids Court Welcomes You To The Not So Spooky Pumpkin Painting. Bring your little monster ages 5 and up for a scary good time. Fall Festival - Golf Cart Trunk or Treat

Who doesn't love to dress up? Decorate your cart, grab a costume and your candy and give our little Members a safe time to trick or treat, golf cart style. PLUS, if your golf cart surprises the Judges you may just win Best in Scream and all the treats, no tricks, that go with it. Register your cart and also let us know if you need power for your display. We are dying to see you!
