General Manager Jeff DeFranco has come to Fair Oaks Ranch from Lost Creek Country Club. He has an extensive career of successfully running country clubs in Los Angeles and New York City. While in NYC, Jeff was instrumental in designing and building a 6 hole bent grass green practice facility to promote junior golf development targeting inner city youth for the City Parks Foundation of NYC. He's hosted major events including New York City's Mayor's Cup and the Long Beach Open. Jeff was also part of a four-person team that created a 17 million dollar attraction on the Las Vegas strip.

Deedy is the Director of Private Events and has been with Fair Oaks since October 2018 and loves making memorable moments. Deedy is originally from Cleveland, Ohio but has lived all over the U.S. She is planting roots in Texas and spends her free time with her family.

Executive Chef, Shaun Hinson, comes to Fair Oaks Ranch Golf and Country Club with over 20 years of culinary experience. His culinary resume reads like a who’ who’s of exclusive eateries, including The Ford Plantation, Sea Pines Country Club, Bohemian Hotel Savannah Riverfront where he maintained their four-diamond status and most recently Shaun worked in collaboration with the James Beard award-winning celebrity Chef, Sam Choy at the Holoholo Grill located in the Koloa Landing Resort, Kauai Island.Fair Oaks Ranch Golf and Country Club could not be more excited to welcome someone of Shaun’s culinary caliber here to the Ranch. Phil has spent 27+ years in the golf business working in various capacities of the industry. He began his career as an Assistant golf professional from 1992 – 1997 at a municipal course in Illinois. He joined ClubCorp in 1997 at Brookhaven Country Club in Dallas, Texas. Served as Head Golf Professional at Brookhaven from 1998 – 2000. Relocated to Lakeway Golf Club, Austin, Texas as Head Professional from 2000 – 2004. Was named Head Golf Professional at Willow Creek Golf Club in Spring, Texas in February 2004 and held the position until July 2007. Became Director of Golf at Fair Oaks Ranch Golf & Country Club, Fair Oaks Ranch, Texas in July 2007 where he currently serves in that position.Phil served as ClubCorp Regional Director of Golf for South Texas from 2008 – 2010 and is a TPI Certified Golf Fitness Instructor.Current Golf Affiliations – PGA, Class A ProfessionalFavorite Quote: “Perfect shots are mostly accidental its how you manage your misses”

Berny is a PGA Golf Professional and has been with Fair Oaks since September of 2002. He is originally from Bossier City, Louisiana. Berny strives to make every Fair Oaks Experience a memorable one. Living in Texas gives Berny the opportunity to do what he loves as often as possible which is playing golf, fishing and hunting.

Mike Vogl is from Albuquerque, New Mexico where he started playing the game of tennis at the young age of 14. He was the 4A High school state champion in New Mexico. Mike graduated from the University of Arkansas where he played his college tennis from 1974-78 and still holds the winningest percentage in a single season for doubles at .966. His record still stands at 28 – 1.He played the USTA satellite pro circuit and was the USTA National champion for 35, 40, 45 in doubles and was ranked #1 in the country in 35 and 40. Mike was the Captain of the Men’s 45 Division/USTA Texas Section team that when on to win the National Team championship in 2002. Mike is a USPTA Certified Professional 1 and was the USPTA National Champion for Men’s 45 division in 2002.He began his professional career in Houston at Westside Tennis Club in 1980 and continued as the Director of Tennis at Quail Valley Country Club (also with Club Corp) from 1990 to 1997. Darcee Gilbert is the Assistant Fitness Director at FORCC. She has been a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) since 2005 and a Certified Personal Trainer with the American Sports and Fitness Association (ASFA) since July, 2019. Darcee teaches Yoga for Flexibility (Yin), Vinyasa Yoga, Sculpt Yoga, Beginner Yoga, Senior Yoga, Kid’s/Family Yoga and Vino and Vinyasa. In addition to yoga instruction, Darcee also teaches Barre Pilates and Spin. Darcee is originally from Montana and competed in X-C and Track for the Bobcats at Montana State University between 1992-1997. Darcee has a Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics/Nutrition. She has been an avid runner for several years, although now she enjoys easy runs with her big black lab, Cash these days! Amy Imbriale has been in the fitness field for over 25 years, the first 6 years as a nationally ranked competitive body-builder – culminating with the title, “Ms. Arizona.” In addition to her athletic success, she is also a Personal Fitness Trainer, a Group Exercise Instructor, and a Pilates and Yoga Instructor. A highlight of her career was teaching Pilates and Yoga to the Cadet Triathlon Team at the United States Military Academy at West Point.Recently, she has taken up golf and has been able to utilize her fitness experience and knowledge to maximize the strength and flexibility required for the golf swing.Amy is married to a retired career military officer and has two children, Alex a 2LT in the US Army and Janelle, a sophomore at UNC Wilmington.

Hi, I’m Janelle I graduated from The University of North Carolina Wilmington in 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Recreation, Sports Leadership, and Tourism Management. During my senior year of college, I became certified as a NASM personal trainer. Following my graduation, I headed west to Phoenix, Arizona for an internship at a functional training gym, Orenda Force. There I trained clients one-on-one as well as small group settings. Upon completion of my internship at Orenda Force, I moved abroad to Costa Rica, took up surfing and lived the Pura Vida life for a few years. Upon returning to the States I got certified through AFAA as a Group Fitness Instructor.Fitness and athletics have always been my passion.
