Tim joined the Ipswich Country Club team in February of 2016. He made his way here after working in the club industry for the past 3 years at Brierwood Country Club just outside of Buffalo, NY. At Brierwood, Tim gained very diverse experience in the business of golf and country clubs including; a la carte dining, banquet operations with 9+ venues, member relations and catering sales. Prior to that, he spent the last 5 years working in the hotel industry as a banquet captain.He has his bachelor’s degree in music education with a concentration in classical voice from Ithaca College in Ithaca, NY. In his spare time you’ll see him playing on the piano in the lobby, let him know if there is something that you want to hear!
Chef Bob was born in Boston’s North End, moved to the north shore at a young age and now lives in Beverly with his wife, two daughters, granddaughter and son-in law. Chef graduated from Northeastern University in Boston with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and worked for Raytheon for 10 years. He then decided to make a career change and graduated from Johnson and Whales in Providence Rhode Island with a Degree in Culinary Arts and Hotel Restaurant Management.
