Pro Tips

The bunker on the left side of the fairway may be reached by a long hitter. A well-positioned tee shot to the left center of the fairway opens your approach shot to the green. Bunkers protecting the right side of the green should be avoided. The green slopes from back to front left. Watch the pin placement on this tough opening hole.

Pro Tips

Emphasis is on a well struck tee shot to carry the wetlands. Long hitters may be able to reach the green with two big shots. The best play is to lay up just short or past the fairway bunkers lining the tiered fairway. Remember, trees and bunkers protect entry to the green from the right.

Pro Tips

The shortest par 4 at Laurel Springs. Players can try to drive the green with a high-risk tee shot. The best play is to use a 3-wood off the tee staying to the right of the fairway bunkers on the left. This will leave you with a short iron to a very small, elevated green.

Pro Tips

This hole requires the player to think about the tee shot. A long iron to the left portion of the fairway will give you an easy approach to the green. However, water up the left side makes this dangerous. The safe play is a 3-wood just right of center of the fairway.

Pro Tips

This long par 5 places a premium on the tee shot. A well-placed tee shot down the right side of the fairway is the short way home. This will allow long hitters to get home in two. For those who lay up, the approach will be a short iron into a deep undulated green.

This slight double dog leg requires a tee shot to stay left of a fairway bunker yet long enough to make it over a small crest. With a long tee shot, some golfers may be able to reach the green in two. The green is slightly elevated and well protected. A safe second shot is to lay up and leave a short-iron approach.

A tremendous finishing hole. The length is deceivingly long. Your tee shot will be at a premium. This hole will test your shot-making ability.
