TAGS: Tennis, Athletics, Golf & Swim for Kids Saturday, September 25 9 am - 1 pm Children ages 5 - 10 years will have a 4-hour experience between tennis, fitness, golf and swim for the price of a private lesson! Swim will be recreational for children that can swim the length of the pool. No lifeguards will be present. Parents are welcome to pick their children up at noon if they don't want their child to swim. $75 Per Child Drop Off: Ice House Entrance Stairs Supplies to Bring: sunscreen, hat/visor, swim suit (wear if possible), floatation device if non-swimmer, towel, goggles, hearty snacks/lunch, water bottle, tennis racquet and golf clubs if you have. BORN TO RUN It's more fun to run with a group of friends! Running Sessions every Wednesday and Friday $100 per month Born To Run helps people develop into runners by building endurance and technique at all levels from beginner to marathoner. Each BTR program provides runners with a customized training plan with 3-7 workouts per week based on current level. Workouts include warm up, technique drills, intervals, circuits and pattern runs.
