Group Fitness Schedule | Personal Training & Fitness

The 17,000-square-foot Wellness Center at Mission Hills Country Club offers a wide variety of state-of-the-art fitness equipment. The lower level features an array of Technogym selectorized equipment as well as a free weight area. The lower level also features our Spa, which offers massages, stretch sessions, and facials featuring SKINN and Babor products.  

The upper level is home to a large cardio theatre area and a Kinesis studio — the first of its kind in the area – as well as a 900-square-foot group exercise studio used for yoga, tabata, tai chi, stretch, HIIT, mat pilates, TRX, group training, and WEXER virtual classes.  Our Pilates reformer private and group training is held in our Pilates Studio with 5 reformer beds.  Join a group session, or request a private lesson with our experienced training staff.
