Donald Beardsley is excited to rejoin the ClubCorp organization and lead the team at Queen’s Harbour Yacht & Country Club.After attending LaSalle University, he began his golf management career working for ClubCorp in the Philadelphia market. After ClubCorp sold the Philadelphia contracts, he managed golf facilities in Pennsylvania, Florida and Alabama, then returning to Pennsylvania. Along this journey, he learned from and met some of the greatest mentors and members. Being a PGA member for over 25 years, he has been fortunate to be nominated as a golf professional of the year and resort merchandiser of the year. He was instrumental in starting a junior golf program for inner-city youths in York, Pennsylvania, called York Youth Links, which still exists today.Utilizing hands-on leadership, Don has had great success in his management career, and he looks forward to using his experience and knowledge to make the member experience the best it can be. Spencer is a native Floridan and graduate of the University of Florida. He studied Public Relations and after graduation began working for an international all-inclusive resort brand, Club Méditerranée, which took him all over the world. He was a Sports Manager in both Cancun, Mexico and Bintan Island, Indonesia and was a Resort General Manager in both the Bahamas and Turks & Caicos. After nearly 5 years working abroad, he moved to Oklahoma City as a Business Development Manager for Sandals and Beaches resorts. With the birth of his son Spencer and his wife, Monique, were ready to return home to Jacksonville.Spencer is excited to join the Queen’s Harbour team and his main goal is to ensure and share all the magic moments the club has to offer and to expand the Queen’s Harbour family.

Beth joined QH in August of 2018, and comes to us after 3 years experience at the Hilton St. Augustine as Director of Sales & Catering. Before that, she worked for 15 years at the Jekyll Island Club Hotel as Senior Sales Manager. One of her most exciting work experiences was working on the 450th Anniversary of the City of St. Augustine. Her Chef at the Hilton was chosen to handle all of the catered functions for the event, which led to the hosting of the King and Queen of Spain, Presidents of Microsoft, and members of the US & Spain Governments. Beth is from Battlecreek, Michigan, but considers Jacksonville her home. She has lived here since the age of 8. She attended Florida State University and then moved to Savannah. Georgia. Staci attended FSCJ after graduating from Fletcher High School. As a beach local, she has worked for over 20 years at two beach country clubs prior to coming to Queen’s Harbour. She has been part of the team for 6 years now and her main goal is to assist all members with all of their billing needs. Since she is very detail-oriented and organized, she continuously ensures that all accounts are accurately coded and processed in an easy, timely manner. She also works as a liaison between employee partners and ClubCorp.
Golf Course Superintendent

Chris is a Jacksonville, Florida native. He started his career at Jacksonville Golf and Country Club working on the maintenance crew while getting his degree from Lake City Community College. He then worked his way to assistant before landing a superintendent job at Windsor Parke. He has been with us at Queen’s Harbour for about 12 years now.Chris's main goal is to manage and oversee all aspects of the golf course and Clubhouse grounds resulting in an exceptional overall golf experience for Club members and guests. Chris is married to Heather and has three sons, Tyler, Blake and Dixon.
