This all-levels classic Pilates mat workout offers a whole-body strength and stretch approach. With an emphasis on core strength, you will leave feeling strong and ready for your day. AWGL Kickoff Party
Hello, Ladies of the SRG&CC! Please join us in an evening where we all get together for a fun night on March 28 at 6:30 p.m. in the Vines. We would like to bring all the ladies in all leagues together before we kick off the Women’s League Golf Season! We also want to invite all female Members who have an interest in joining our 3 golf leagues. The dinner buffet cost is $45 plus tax and gratuity, and you may bring a bottle of bubbly or wine to share if you would like. The Grill bar will be open to purchase cocktails as well! HIIT with Lani
Join Lani for his HIIT body burn class. This class incorporates mixing strength training exercises with cardio high intensity exercises to burn those calories and gain muscle simultaneously. It incorporates several rounds that alternate between several minutes of high intensity movements to significantly increase the heart rate to at least 80% of one's maximum heart rate, followed by short periods of lower intensity movements. Yamuna Body Rolling is a form of body work aimed at stretching your muscles from bone to bone. It's a way to increase blood flow, relieve pain, create alignment in the body and so much more. Yamuna is a way to condition your body to handle the stresses of intense work outs, golfing all day, pickleball, yoga, or any type of physical activity. Are you Feeling stuck? Feeling tension? Easter Brunch
Easter Brunch | Sunday, March 31 | Ballroom 10 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Easter Brunch at the Club is a day the whole family will enjoy! A specialty brunch, curated by our new Chef, will be served buffet style and include vegetarian options. Our beverage menu will feature a Mimosa bar with fresh homemade juices and a build-your-own Bloody Mary bar. Pricing is $95 ++ for adults; kids ages 6 - 12 are $35 ++, and kids ages 5 and below are complimentary. Reservations are required. Please register on the app or call our friendly Concierge at (707) 546-3485 to reserve your table today. Reservations will close on March 30th at noon, 48 hour cancellation policy, cancellations within the 48 hour period will be charged a 40% fee and no show reservations will be charged 100% for the number of guests in their party.
