Jimmy Letourneau is a native Vistan and he and his wife Cindy were married at Shadowridge.Jimmy have been blessed and honored to be a part of Shadowridge Golf Club since 1982. He started off as a golf course maintenance employee working on the weekends. When the Club went private in 1985, Jimmy moved to the bag room and then into the golf shop. He was promoted to the assistant golf pro and later the head golf pro. Jimmy has been the Club's general manager since 2009.

Jay was born and raised in Vista, California. He started at Shadowridge Golf Club in 2010 as a part-time Outside Service Employee. While working at Shadowridge, Jay graduated from California State University San Marcos with a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology as well as earning his Masters in Coaching and Athletic Administration from Concordia University Irvine. Jay has worn a number of different hats throughout his tenure including Outside Services, working in the Golf Shop and even mowing a green or two here and there. Jay focuses on the team aspects every day and feels his successes are due to his relationship with the staff and members.Jay is recently married to his college sweetheart Kelsey. Both enjoy spending their free time with their puppy Bogey and catching 9 innings of Padres baseball on a daily basis. Jay and Kelsey feel Shadowridge is the perfect place to call home and hope to be able to raise a family in this community one day.

Codie is a true SoCal girl; born and raised in Temecula, CA where her passion lied with playing sports, going to the beach and shopping. When college came around, her gears switched and she began pursuing her degree in communications. During her college years, Codie planned large-scale events on campus, in her sorority, at wineries in Temecula and for the Anaheim Ducks Hockey Club. After getting her bachelors from California State University, Fullerton in 2018 she moved back to Temecula and searched for a welcoming, upbeat and challenging place to work. She accepted the Private Events Coordinator position in August 2018 at Shadowridge Golf Club and is excited for what is to come.

Richard Siggins grew up just north of San Diego in Pasadena, CA. Richard spent time playing Southern California Junior Golf, High School Golf before moving to the bay area to attend Saint Mary’s College of California. While his college golf career was short-lived, it was in the bay area where his passion for Hospitality began. Richard Worked in numerous hotels in the bay area ranging from the Oakland hills to the beaches of Santa Cruz. After 10 years working as a food and beverage leader in the bay area, he decided to move back to Southern California and combine his passion for golf and hospitality by taking a position at a private club in Orange County. While in Santa Cruz Richard met his wife who was born and raised in Oceanside California. It was his desire to grow both professionally and personally, that led Richard to move to San Diego County and take the Food and Beverage Director position at Shadowridge Golf Club.

Lauren Naismith a native of Calgary, Ontario lived most of her life in Seattle Washington where she attended the University of Washington earning a Bachelor degree in the Science of Psychology. After College, she moved down to North County San Diego and began working at Shadowridge Golf Club in 2013. She was hired at Shadowridge as a server and bartender and quickly began to build relationships and enrich lives of the members and her co-workers. It was due to her hard work, dedication, and can do attitude that quickly led to her promotion to the role of Captain. In the time she has been at the club, Lauren has become an indispensable part of the food and beverage team. She does a fantastic job of leading her team and ensuring execution in all aspects of food and beverage.

Chef Rhandell Molina, known as Chef Dell in the kitchen, brings fresh and vibrant modern California fare with simplicity showcasing each ingredient.Graduating from the Art Institute of California, Orange County in 2004 Rhandell boarded a plane to Honolulu, Hawaii to work and train under acclaimed chef, Alan Wong at the Pineapple Room. When returning to the mainland he found himself honing his skills at the Ritz Carlton, Laguna Niguel, where he took part in leading the kitchen with their new California cuisine inspired concept “Restaurant 162.” With a three year stint at owning his own restaurant, Dell’s California Grill, Rhandell folded his cards looking for a place to further his career.In 2011, Rhandell was the sous chef at the Legends restaurant at La Costa Resort and Spa and recently the Chef de Cuisine of Bistro 65 at La Costa Resort and Spa.Rhandell is excited to start his new career with the Shadowridge family and is looking forward to creating great experiences for his kitch...

Rusty came to work at Shadowridge in May of 1988, right out of the University of Denver. He studied Hotel/Restaurant Management in Denver after spending two years at Palomar Junior College. He was born and raised in Escondido, CA and now lives here in Shadowridge. His first position at Shadowridge was in the bag room before getting into the PGA Apprentice Program. As the Head Golf Professional, Rusty enjoys overseeing the day-to-day Golf Operation. Rusty loves to teach golf and see the player's eyes light up when they see improvement! He is married and has three children and a grandson. Rusty van Dam has 30 years’ experience at Shadowridge Golf Club.

Randy was born in Atlanta, Georgia and spent his early years moving around the US as the son of a United States Marine. The late 70’s brought a move to Fallbrook where he graduated high school. His career path began soon after with studies at MiraCosta College. He received a two-year degree in Golf Course and Sports Turf Management. While attending MiraCosta, he began at Lake San Marcos Country Club, working his way up the ladder, where he became the Assistant Superintendent. In 2000 he earned the title of Head Superintendent where he remained until 2008. As he continued to grow he accepted a position at El Camino Country Club where he spent the next five years as Head Superintendent. In 2013 Randy was presented the opportunity to continue his career path as Head Superintendent at Vista Valley Country Club.During his twenty plus year career, Randy has had the opportunity to plan, oversee, and complete major golf course renovations. Eric was born and raised in Orange County, California. He graduated from San Diego State University with his Bachelor’s Degree in Business. He is certified with the international sports science association. Eric is a licensed sports nutritionist and has been in the business of fitness and physical therapy for twenty-one years. He specializes in balance, strength, weight loss, nutrition, flexibility, pain relief, and total physical therapy issues through exercise. Eric has been with Shadowridge Golf Club for eleven years and has really enjoyed his time thus far building great relationships with the members.

Jo was born in Indiana but grew up living all over the U.S. She started school in 1991 at Oklahoma State University and graduated. She has two children and a few grandchildren. She enjoys triathlons, gardening, and reading with her family. She has completed three Ironman Competitions! Jo started working at Shadowridge in 1995 and has been with us for 27 years.
