Executive Chef Nathaniel Brown believes in using fresh, locally sourced ingredients and has gone a step further by partnering with Growing Places Indy, which supports underrepresented farmers by providing them with resources to build sustainable and profitable farms, and Newkam Valley Farms, an emerging urban farm in Indianapolis that supplies the Club with organic, fresh microgreens.
