Community Impact

"We Serve" is a fundamental principle within our company and a value integral to the ClubLife experience for both our Members and Employees. We work together to ensure that our Clubs positively contribute to the well-being of others and strengthen the communities where we operate.

Charity Classic

Charity Classic is Invited’s largest philanthropic initiative leveraging our network of clubs to drive community impact. These signature events are designed to bring together the entire community to benefit a local nonprofit chosen by each Club and the Employee Care Foundation (ECF). Since 2007, Invited has raised more than $34 million for hundreds of charitable organizations and causes such as Habitat for Humanity, Folds of Honor, the Boys & Girls Club, the First Tee and more. Check out what’s in store for Charity Classics in your area and join us as a participant or a sponsor!

Employee Care Foundation

The Invited Employee Care Foundation assists employees experiencing a financial hardship due to unforeseen events such as a fire, death in the immediate family, illness, domestic situations, and other emergencies. Grant applications are reviewed by the Board of Directors on a weekly basis. On average they receive 5-8 applications per week. Donations to ECF from Invited employees and Charity Classic events has helped the fund award $9.6 million to 5,000+ employees since inception of the program in 2007.

Gateway Club with First Tee

The Gateway Club is a collaborative initiative with selected First Tee chapters that provides junior golfers a complimentary club membership through college graduation. These special memberships include tee times, use of practice areas, special golf-related experiences, and the opportunity to compete in junior tournaments. Club members serve as ambassadors to the students and empower them to build character and explore future opportunities on and off the course. There are currently 122 junior golfers participating in the Gateway program.

Community Partnerships & Outreach

Charitable partnerships represent a cornerstone of our commitment to social responsibility and community engagement. By forging alliances with nonprofit organizations and other entities, we aim to amplify our impact to address some of the most pressing societal needs through key community partnerships with the American Red Cross and several military and youth organizations.

Volunteerism

Volunteers are an incredible resource for nonprofits because they provide vital support in delivering the organization’s services and programs. We take pride in our comprehensive rewards program which provides all employees with eight hours of paid time off per calendar year to volunteer. Since 2022, we have mobilized 700 Invited members and employees for community projects nationwide resulting in over 2,000 volunteer hours served. The operational cost savings to nonprofits is estimated at over $58,000.
