About Kathy

Working with clients to create memorable milestones, meetings and events in their lives has been the cornerstone of my career.  Although my title has always had the word Sales included, what I really do is assist my clients in the event planning process to best use their resources and have an experience beyond their expectations.  One of the greatest rewards in this business is the relationships that have been forged along the way.My experience has included 15 years building a high end off-premise catering company for a talented chef in the Detroit Metro area.  The entrepreneurial spirit led to the growth of one of the largest and most successful catering companies Two Unique Caterers.  Another 10 years was spent working with and developing catering clients for Panera Bread, both in the Chicago and Detroit markets. My family moved to Michigan when I was 12 and I grew up in the Detroit Metro area.  My education continued through graduate school with a Master of Business Administratio...
