Learn the basics and more while socializing with other mom's at The Hills. In Yin Yoga, we hold mostly passive poses for about two to five minutes to work into our connective tissues. In Yin Yoga, we hold mostly passive poses for about two to five minutes to work into our connective tissues. The more we work our fascial system and deep tissues, the less dense and tight our bodies become as we age. Movement and stretching hydrate fascia and literally help slow the aging process.

Flight Night - You Can Rhone If You Want To Tuesday, May 31 starting at 5:00 p.m. at The Hills Signature Chophouse Lounge Come to Chophouse Lounge for Flight Night - a fun way to learn about and enjoy all things beverage! Most nights we will learn about wines from all over the world and once a month will be on spirits. Try 3 amazing wines and light bites hosted by our Beverage Director Jonathan Whitehead. A limited number of flights will be available. Registration is encouraged. You can stop by The Lounge at any time between 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. to join. $35 per person XLife discount does not apply.
