Chris obtained his masters degree in exercise physiology from the University of Central Florida. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and personal trainer. While at UCF, Chris worked with the strength and conditioning department to develop and implement scientifically sound exercise programs for division I athletes in various sports. He spent his graduate studies focused on exercise science to optimize health in the elderly population. Chris serves as the Fitness Director and teaches several group exercise classes each week.

Melinda is passionate about inspiring individuals and families to create healthy and sustainable lifestyles through yoga, nutrition, and self care. She simply considers herself a “space holder” for growth, delights in connecting with her students, loves great tunes, and keeps things real and relatable for all levels. Melinda holds over 700 hours of extensive yoga training under World Renowned Baron Baptiste, and Master Baptiste Teachers Paige Elenson, Kiersten Mooney, Martin Morris, and Bethany Lyons, among others. She is also a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, registered through IAHC. Melinda is experienced in successfully leading both yoga, and nutritional/lifestyle programs to individuals, large groups, corporate, and athletic teams. Her classes are filled with love, laughter, and lots of sweat!

John Petrelli has been a certified professional fitness trainer for over 25 years with advanced certifications from the NASM, American Council on Exercise, the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America, the Athletic Certification and Training Commission, FMS Functional Movement Screen and TRX Certified. He is also a certified Sports Nutritionist, a certified black belt instructor and trains in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Krav Maga and Boxing. Over the years, he has trained a long list of clients, ranging from NFL and Motocross athletes to Hollywood celebrities.John's attention to detail, his professionalism, and passion for helping others defines his training style.

Wendy lives and breathes fitness! Earning a degree from Texas State University in Physical Education. After teaching and coaching, she went on to earn numerous certifications including: Fitness Specialist from Kenneth Cooper Aerobic Institute, TPI(Titleist Performance Institute) Golf Coach, Power House Pilates teacher, Yoga Fit Instructor, Body Pump, TRX, Tabata, cycling and running coach.Wendy’s passion is sharing her contagious enthusiasm with her clients so they will find a happier and healthier spirit while achieve their goals!
