Hartford Court Wine Dinner Join us for a evening of delicious wine presented by Master Sommelier Nick Wetzeland and food specially crafted by our culinary team! Featured wine: Hartford Court Rose Hartford Court Four Hearts Chardonnay Hartford Court Seascape Chardonnay Hartford Court Land's Edge Pinot Noir Hartford Court Seascape Pinot Noir Menu Course 1 Hartford Court Rose Pickled shrimp salad on endive spears with remoulade and toasted breadcrumb. Course 2 Hartford Court Four Hearts Chardonnay Hearts of palm, heirloom tomato, Grana Padano, and herb bruschetta with lemon vinaigrette. Course 3 Hartford Court Seascape Chardonnay Pan seared jumbo scallops with roasted corn, leek, and farro succotash. Finished with black garlic butter sauce. Course 4 Hartford Court Land's Edge Pinot Noir Roasted duck breast with fennel, potato, and caramelized shallot hash. Finished with Amarena cherry and veal demi.
