Kara’s career in hospitality started in Scottsdale, Arizona with The James Hotel Group after she received her Culinary Arts Certification at The Arizona Culinary Institute. When the hotel was sold, Kara was asked to be a part of the opening task force for The James Chicago working for celebrity Chef David Burke, and later The Liason Capitol Hill with celebrity Chef Art Smith in Washington, DC. Just prior to joining Clubcorp, Kara was the corporate management trainer and General Manager for Chef Geoffs restaurant group. Kara is an introductory sommelier and has great a passion for food and wine. Kara’s career with ClubCorp started in 2014 at The Tower Club where she is the recipient of the coveted Rising Star Award and two Super Star Awards. Kara and her husband have a home in Fairfax, VA, that they share with their son, Colton and daughter, Riley.

Lindsay Rhoades has been with the Private Events Team of the Tower Club since 2005. Prior to joining, Lindsay was an Events Manager for the Entrepreneurs' Organization (formerly the Young Entrepreneurs' Organization) for 8 years, where she planned domestic and international events for the membership organization. In that position, her travels took her globe trotting to places such as Bali, Moscow and Dubai.Lindsay's current role is to act as the corporate events Private Event Director. She handles corporate meetings, seminars, board retreats and continuing education classes. Lindsay is an avid Washington Nationals fan, loves live music and camping. Lindsay enjoys writing and hopes to one day publish a children's book all about bravery and friendship. But her greatest passion in life is advocating for pediatric cancer awareness and research in memory of her beloved daughter, Kate Olivia.

A mid-western girl who moved to the DMV for a challenge, Kennedy has stood out among her generation as a prime example of the ideal go-getter. She has created content for start-up companies in the eastern/mid-west regions, currently holds positions in the DC and NY area and is an award-winning writer and editor. With a passion and background in branding and publicity, Kennedy started off as a sales coordinator for the Club and worked with all department on their marketing and exposure within the Tysons community. Now in her Member Experience role, she continues to do marketing and more — now also working internally to provide warm welcomes, fond farewells and everything in between. Outside of the Club, you can catch her in the gym as she is a personal trainer, out playing some tunes on her guitar or on the golf course perfecting her swing!

Anna Williams has been with the Tower Club since 2015, but has been working in the hospitality industry since 2013. For the last 5 years, Anna has worked with all of the departments at the Club but has maintained an active role at the front desk during the day. She is detail-oriented and committed to helping the team in any way she can. In her free time, Anna is a coloratura soprano, singing with her husband Travis, and working with younger sopranos to combat their fear of high notes. Her favorite job though, is being a mom to her precious little boy, Owen.

Jeff Brouse is well-recognized in the Tysons Region — a "corporate" executive with an entrepreneurial spirit for business. For the past 18 years, Jeff has cultivated and grown the membership of Tower Club. Jeff’s ability to elevate the value of membership to that of a strategic business investment led to his achievement of the exclusive “Star Performer” award and his standing in ClubCorp’s elite “President’s Club.”Jeff is a member of the Board of Directors for the Tysons Regional Chamber of Commerce. From a philanthropic perspective, Jeff leveraged his entrepreneurial abilities to help launch and manage a national charity, Abolish Child Trafficking Now. Jeff strives to positively influence the lives of Northern Virginia community.

A native to the Washington D.C. area, Chef Frank has developed a great reputation within the hospitality field. The unofficial “Mayor of Tysons Corner,” he knows everyone, and everyone knows him. Formally opening Executive Chef at Eddie V's and Area Executive Chef for Government/International Contracts his extensive career includes over 20 years of culinary experience at the Executive level. He has worked in all types of environments including but not limited to top fine dining restaurants, prestigious country clubs, hotels, caterers and aboard cruise ships. He also has had training in various international styles of cooking such as American, French, Italian, Spanish, Mediterranean and Asian. He has worked with or been trained under world-renowned chefs such as Jean - Louis Palladin, Robert Weidemeir and Joel Robouchon. He and his restaurants and recipes have been featured in many cookbooks, culinary magazines and television shows.

Prior to joining the Tower Club, Chef Rodrigo was working for the Knightsbridge Team as an Sous Chef at the Oval Room in DC. His impressive career with over 18 years of experience has placed him in different restaurants such as the Marriot Hotel in Old Town Alexandria in 2001, Zola and Zola Wine and Kitchen in 2005, Potenza Trattoria in 2009, Trio Grill, Open Road and The Gourmet Market in Merrifield, where he was an Executive Sous Chef in 2013, and also Beck Brasserie by Robert Wiedmaier. The plethora of experiences allowed him to prepare many types of cuisines ranging from traditional American Style to French, Italian, Mediterranean and more.
