OUR EXECUTIVE CHEF

Gleneagles is club dining at its finest. The Club’s quarters define us as a Club like no other, with a sense of refinement and casual elegance found nowhere else. Executive Chef Bill Wilt and his staff have over 95 years of combined experience that provides you with a menu that is as practical as it is eclectic. Special consideration is given to today’s focus on healthy cuisine with an international influence. We are extremely proud to have someone as talented as Bill here at Gleneagles Country Club.

DINING ROOMS

TURNBERRY ROOM

The Turnberry Room is the Club’s main dining area with high ceilings and expansive windows overlooking the driving range. It is a dining room that is far from ordinary. Each weekday it is home to the lunch buffet and converted in the evenings for special theme nights or private events. One of our best Member traditions, Sunday Brunch, is held in this dining room, featuring music by our very own pianist.

GRILLE - COMING SOON!

Take in the pristine scenery of our golf course through new floor-to-ceiling windows, as you delight in the award-winning cuisine. Our new grille will blend casual comfort with business-friendly amenities to provide informal and communal spaces. Chef-attended action stations will be offered along with opportunities to follow your favorite sports team on the big screens.

THE CELLAR - COMING SOON!

A business space like no other by day…bringing the neighborhood together by night! Set up, plug in and connect with confidential nooks for impromptu meetings. Members are sure to use this as their daytime hideaway. Experience rich tones, elegant seating and handcrafted cocktails during our high-energy happy hour – the perfect backdrop to your next social gathering. Luxury wines will be poured from our 16-bottle cruvinet system, while you experience the perfect food pairings to compliment any selection. 

THE TERRACE - COMING SOON! 

We’re taking the inside out! Unwind while sharing stories with old friends over cocktails and appetizers. The magnificent view will be complimented with fiery focal points. This is sure to become the local family gathering spot and a way to take in the beautiful Texas fresh air.   

THE DORMY HOUSE

Located on the deck of the pool in the same building as the tennis pro shop, the Dormy House serves as a fun place to gather year-round for our tennis players and as a seasonal spot for our pool-goers during the summer months. Grab-and-go food is available, making it easy to enjoy lunch inside or outside.

THE TAVERN, KING’S TABLE & QUEEN’S TABLE

These three outlets service the two premier golf courses on property. The Tavern is located by the bag room, and offers cold beverages and packaged snacks. The King’s Table and Queen’s Table are located on their respective courses and are great refreshers for those playing golf.
