Golf Fit - Shane
Do you want to eliminate aches and pains after a round of golf? Do you want to hit the golf ball further? Do you want the energy to play as much golf as you want? Well now you can with our Golf Fit program. Each golf fitness session will follow the TPI model of Mobility, Stability, and Power by targeting the muscles you use in the golf swing. After going through a brief movement screen, you will receive a more individualized approach to your golf game. Playing better golf has never been easier!
